KIDBOX Stylebox
How it Works
The Get Offers Mall KIDBOX stylebox is available in sizes 0 to 14 for girls and 0 to 16 for boys. The box includes a range of items from sweaters and denim to dresses and graphic t-shirts. Parents can order a box and schedule delivery on demand or sign-up for automatic shipments of up to six boxes a year timed to seasons, back-to-school, and holiday. For every Get Offers Mall KIDBOX stylebox purchased, KIDBOX will clothe a child in need.

Subscription
KIDBOX is not a typical subscription service. Rather than monthly boxes, KIDBOX sends a themed package for each season based on your quiz preferences (approximately six boxes a year: Spring, Summer, Back-to-School, Fall, Winter, and Winter Refresh). You can choose to skip a single shipment and not be charged for that season’s box. If you forget to skip, you will be charged $48.00, but the box can be returned for a full refund.
Shipping
KIDBOX currently ships only to the 48 contiguous United States and cannot ship internationally. Packages are addressed to the child rather than the parent. If you opt-in to receive a box every season, KIDBOX will send you a notification before shipping to ask if you are ready for the shipment. Boxes cannot be picked up from Get Offers Mall stores.
Returns
You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment method once their return arrives back to the KIDBOX warehouse.
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your KIDBOX account
- Click MY ACCOUNT in the upper-right-hand corner of the page
- Click REVIEW BOX
- Click Return
All items must be returned unworn with the original tags attached. KIDBOX does not accept partial returns—all items in the box must be returned together in order to be eligible for a refund. Boxes cannot be returned to Get Offers Mall stores.
Exchanges
You may exchange items once per shipment by emailing KIDBOX customer support at help@kidbox.com or calling 1-877-413-3514 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. Exchanges are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a box, or cancel a membership, email the KIDBOX team at help@kidbox.com or call 1-877-413-3514 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST.
You can temporarily disable your account in Settings, but this does not remove your payment method or delete your account. To close your account, call or email the KIDBOX team using the information above.
