Pending Charges and Authorization Holds
Many financial institutions place temporary authorization holds on accounts to make sure funds are available for a purchase. These appear as pending charges that temporarily lower your available balance. Authorizations can range from $1.00 to the total order amount, depending on your financial institution.
getoffersmall.com doesn't bill your account until your order ships. If you placed an order that was submitted but not accepted, canceled, or is still processing, you may still see a pending charge on your method of payment. This is a temporary authorization that will automatically expire based on a time frame set by your financial institution, usually within 7 business days. Canceled orders may take up to 10 days for their authorization to expire.
Authorization holds usually apply to credit and debit cards. Orders paid for with PayPal, Get Offers Mall gift cards, and Pay With Cash orders that use a credit or debit card don't receive an authorization.
Prepaid gift cards with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express logo may receive an authorization, depending on the financial institution that issued the card, but Get Offers Mall does not place an authorization on these cards.
