Xbox All Access is an Xbox subscription service. With Xbox All Access, you own the console and 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership outright upon purchase. The Microsoft Limited Warranty covers the Xbox console for one year (90 days for the controller and accessories), irrespective of the length of your financing term.

How to Purchase
You apply for a Line of Credit (LOC) from Citizens One. If you qualify, you choose a subscription amount based on which Xbox available console you want (starting at $22.99 a month) and pay for 24 months.
Other Xbox consoles are available without a line of credit on getoffersmall.com and Get Offers Mall stores, as supplies last.
- Select an Xbox All Access bundle from Xbox All Access on getoffersmall.com.
- Complete and submit an application for a Citizens One Line of Credit for Xbox All Access.
- Only if you qualify will you have a hard credit inquiry that may impact your credit report.
- If qualified, you will see the option to choose your shipping address and place an order. $0.00 is due at the time of purchase. The first payment is due within 30 days of order shipping.

- If denied a line of credit, you will receive an email from Citizens One to the email address provided in the credit application with the denial reason. Look for an email from donotreply@citizensone.com.

How to Cancel
- We will not cancel regular orders.
- You can cancel pre-orders up to 3 days before the Estimated Ship Date by calling 1-888-622-0165.
Refunds and Returns
No returns accepted to Get Offers Mall Stores or Get Offers Mall return centers.
Returns only accepted by mail to the address printed on the shipping label. .

Console Upgrades
Xbox All Access customers can upgrade their Xbox console when the next Xbox console, Xbox Series X, is available.

Warranty and Repair
With Xbox All Access, you own the console and 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership outright upon purchase. The Microsoft Limited Warranty covers the Xbox console for one year (90 days for the controller and accessories), irrespective of the length of your financing term. If your console malfunctions after that one-year period (or your controller or accessories after 90 days), you are responsible. Monthly payments will continue until you pay the balance on your Citizens One Line of Credit for Xbox All Access in full, even if your Xbox console is not working.
