Damaged
This sofa was packed poorly. I received my order with damaged. I strongly believe that it was during handling of the package since there is also a hole on the box. If there is enough protection of the product that should not happened.

    Do not buy anything from this seller!
    If I could give zero stars I would ! The couch looks nothing like the picture and is very tiny. The outside seller is so rude and unwilling to give me a refund. She kept offering me 10% back to keep the couch and sell it myself. Wal mart then assured me I will get my refund and someone will be here to pick it up. Every time I get off the phone with wal mart I get another email from this lady saying “like I told you I won't schedule a pick it up you have to do it yourself” I feel like I am in an argument between the outside seller and wal mart just to get my refund and the couch picked up. I didn't even fully take the couch out of its packaging before I knew it needed to be returned. This is absolutely ridiculous I've been a wal mart customer for years but I will never purchase from them again.

    Quality exceeded the price!
    I like the color and the material. After fully assembled it is sturdy. Quality exceeded for the price. I’m happy with my sofa. Putting the arms on was difficult for me (61 year old woman) but my son was able to get them on. Make sure they’re locked in. Sofa was wobbly until we secured the arms by sitting on each side. They’re locked in and sofa is nice n sturdy.

    screw housing where you put the legs were missing had to modify so the legs would fit extra work should have took it back for refund!

    Very nice couch. Fits perfectly in my space
    Very hard to get the arms to slide in. Needs two people and a lot of time and maneuvering to get them on. Should have been marked left and right instead of just letters. After finally getting them on, discovered right and left we’re on wrong. Had to take them off and reverse them. The couch itself is very nice. Good for the price and free shipping. One bad thing is the delivery driver just plopped the box on my wet driveway and wouldn’t even put it on the porch when my husband asked if he had a dolly he said no and drove off. We are both in our 80s and had to get two neighbors to help us get it in our house.
