I'm a private chef. These pans are amazing. Great quality, amazing color, non stick….there's nothing I don't like.

Chipping after one use.
I baby my pots and pans. I am a baker by trade and know how important keeping your cookware in good condition can be to the quality of the food you're making. These pans were a massive disappointment. One use with lids, and my cookware is already chipping where the lid rests on them. I'm honestly shocked these pans get such good reviews. They didn't even last a single week in my house, which is so sad.

The pans chip so easily, you can knock them on the side at all. They stain and the sponge they provide does not remove it! Waste of money in our opinion, we are so bummed and disappointed with these products for the money! My first ever purchase of a set of pots and pans and I wanted a nice set and I was so let down. Would love money back! Happy to send back my product!EBH1989

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/02/2023Not long lasting, no warranty recourseFirst, non stick coatings do not last forever, that's why they aren't warrantied for very long. That said, we use the 10” ceramic more than the 12”. Oddly, my 12” stainless revere lid fits the 10” pan, and we use a universal 14” on the 12”. So, pans are not 10” and 12”. We are incredibly careful to never go above medium setting, understand oil and water needs for nonstick pans, wash by hand with soft sponge only, stack with padded liners between, and only use wood and silicone on these pans. They are still quite good at being nonstick, however the 10” pan has three nicks or scratches about 1/4” and 1/2” long after just over 1 year of occasional use (once or twice a week). They are on the interior base of the pan, not near the rim where the lid might explain them. Not healthy, so out it goes. Love the nontoxic coating, it's why we use it in the first place. Love the recycle option, though we have a hard to recycle center here that will take old pans for less. Wish there were metal lids for these pans available, the new glass lids, be they for pans or crock pots shatter and crack all too easily, (I miss the old solid Pyrex lids). Warranty good only for original purchaser, and as this was a Christmas gift, I have no recourse.ColoIr

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/09/2022Read the reviews. DisappointedI was skeptical about some of the reviews regarding the chipping and paint coming off. Unfortunately it's true. I've had my set for 20 days and used a pan and a pot maybe 3-4 times ( washed with extra care store in separate place with Felt dividers to protect them yet somehow the top rim is chipping and the handles already have rust! For something that's this pricey and supposed to last this is definitely not normal. I will say I've never seen pans and pots cook so well and have never had to scrub anything! You can literally clean the. With just water! But the company should definitely look into the chipping and rust I get it pans will chip and get old but after a significant amount of time not 3 weeks of rare use! . It ruined it for me and I've sent an email to make a return.Ranad Rahib

There are only 2 problems. 1) the 3 quart saucepan is already chipped on the white part around the edge, and all we've done is boil milk and water. 2) there is no way to order additional pieces that match. This set would be 5 star otherwise.George S
