Very pleased
Was a bit afraid to buy a refurbished, but I love this thing! It was selling a hundred dollars less than the other colors. No scratches, no parts missing, it's so quiet compared to other dryers and seems to dry quicker without burning my scalp. This is important due to having eczema in winter months. It arrived quickly and well-packaged in a beautiful case I wasn't expecting. I registered its number easily online with Dyson. It wasn't a fluke. My hair looks shinier and healthier now. So glad I purchased the four-year warranty. I want this to last forever.

Defective power button:(
I was so excited for this Dyson! It was authentic. I registered it with Dyson ,no problem. But when I went to turn it on, the power button was sticking. It would not always turn on. So I took it back to Walmart and returned it. I just went to Dyson directly and ordered a renewed one from there, so if there is a problem they can fix it.

    Awesome deal _ looked new
    Can not tell it was an out of box item. So much power, so much less noise. I haven't even tried all the tools l, just the directional nozzle. Great buy.

    Great product
    I was skeptical at first but by far, the Dyson blow dryer is well worth the money! My hair was dry in 15 mins (normally takes 45 mins to an hour) and was so smooth and damage free. Although it is a refurbished item, worked like a charm. The only thing I am disappointed about is that it did not come with the carrying case.

    Be Careful with Refurbished Products
    I was ready to fall in love with this dryer because I had tried a friend's and it was wonderful. I could not afford the price tag until a refurbished one came along with a considerably lower price. Unfortunately, the dryer blew a fuse the first time I plugged it in, and then would not work at all. I was very disappointed but I have to commend Walmart for a quick and total refund.

    Refurb one had high pitched whine. New one OK.
    This hair dryer is fantastic. I should have went for it sooner, but of course was held back by the high price. The problem is that there isn't really a comparable item on the market for less money. There isn't even one that performs 50% as well as this one for any amount of money, so Dyson is able to charge their premium. But man does it improve our quality of life. Noise level is much lower, and airflow/temperature is more consistent than a normal hair dryer. I'm comparing to a more traditional one that I bought from C***co still for a couple hundred dollars. I give a lower star rating for this refurb one because ours came with a very high pitched noise under use. We returned this one and ended up buying a new one at full price and the noise is not present in the new one.

    Obsessed! Always wanted a Dyson but didn't want to pay the price. I was able to register the serial code on dyson's website. It looks brand new and has all the attachments.

    Game Changer!
    This arrived oddly secured in the box. Instead of tape there was glue around the edges, hmmm?. When I opened the box I was so excited. It was beautiful and so sleek and rich! I had recently used a friends when I was out in FL and was super impressed by how fast my hair dried, and how much smoother it was. I have long thick hair and drying it has always been a 30 min task. I immediately used it and have been so happy with my purchase. It says it was refurbished but it looks, feels and works like brand new. No scratches or signs of wear. All attachments were individually packaged and I'm just so happy! I recommend!

    Incomplete Order
    I had an incomplete order and the hair dryer was returned. The rating reflects this, and it got the number of stars it did because of the return policy, which was easy to use. I was disappointed in the condition of the product, since the incomplete issue made it not usable for me.
