You get what you pay for
I received just a headboard and footboard wood and no instructions on how to build it. Missing half the other pieces to build it headboard is smaller than the pictures I brought a king size they say you get what you paid for but I will be requesting a full refund thanks but no thanks

    The bed is very beautiful and we love it. My only problem with the bed is how low to the ground it is. I'm 6'1 so I will need to lift the bed with stilts. Other than that I recommend. Also I enforced the sticks which is meant to be the box spring with ply wood. Just to be on the safe side.

    Damaged
    After going back and forth between Walmart Customer Service and FEDEX about my delivery, the product arrived with some damage to the cushion in the headboard. I had been through too much to send it back. I'm upset about the damage, my son and I put the bed together. The hardest parts were the head and footboards. I think they should change some of the order of assembly to fix that. I am going to keep the bed even though I feel a certain type of way about the damage.

    The bed was very low to the ground. The color wasn't white like the pictures. It was like an ivory or dingy yellow white. It came with some dents and scuff marks on it. Moses, who assembled it, did an excellent job. He was fast, and his work was flawless!!

    Easy to assemble if you follow directions
    Was at first afraid to buy something unseen in person and second as a senior putting it together. But following directions and taking my time 3 1/2 hours later it was done. Shipping was fast. The 2 boxes it came in were heavy but I dragged them into the room to put together. In my opinion it looks great and costs way less than the furniture store I visited and the quality is there.

    Headboard damage
    I liked the bed and the assembly was not bad. However, there was a noticeable dent on the headboard that I can't ignore due to poor packaging (no padding in the shipping box to protect the pieces inside. I reached to the seller and their response was not what I would expect. They offered me a refund of $15 which I thought was insulting. I don't want to keep staring at this dent every time I look at the bed. I am waiting to see if they can replace the headboard otherwise I will return the whole purchase which some I hate to do. unfortunately, I got another silly response from the seller saying it is not affecting the use of the item therefore, the best they can do is offer a $30.00 refund. I don't think they get the point. The dent is noticeable I will include the picture so all can see.
