Unintelligible dialogue - read the book instead.
I bought this DVD because I thoroughly loved the book. Boy! Was I ever disappointed! First of all I wanted to enable closed captions so I could understand the strong British accent. Guess what? There are no closed captions to enable. The actors' speech was like listening to an unknown foreign language, not English. Most of the time they just whispered their dialogue. I turned up the volume to level 100. It got no clearer, only louder gibberish. The only actor I could clearly understand was Bob, the cat. The problem here is that Walmart will not give me a refund due to this manufacturing problem and bad actor speech. They only want to replace the movie with another copy with the same defect. This happened before with another movie that was documented to have a sound track problem. Come on Walmart. you are selling DVDs that are unable to be understood. Help the customer, not try to give them another copy of the same problem.
