Worth purchasing!
This tablet is a great product and great price to include a simple case, mouse, stylus and phone capability. My only complaint was I purchased for work and it would not run some programs and functions related to Quickbooks and Zoom.

I got UT for my kid for Christmas at it won't even charge. Can't figure and can't figure out how to get refunded.

    The tablet is GREAT! Has clear picture and perfect with touch screen settings. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had purchased it to use a sim card with it at home. Unfortunately it is not compatible with my mobile provider.

    very poor quality
    the tablet crashes, the end fell off of the stylus after 10 minutes of use, there were no directions that made any sense that came with the tablet. I do not recommend this item.

    I dislike trying to close all the windows in this version. I'm told the last version lol had an x button to use to close all windows open. I haven't tried using the keyboard that comes with it. I haven't used all of the features on the tablet yet. I hate the Pop up windows.

    Confusing
    it's very confusing product. when you first open the box the product asks for a Sim chip? I'm not sure why but you need to put one in before you can turn the computer off or on. the instruction manual is pretty plain Jane. they need to use a bigger description for the screen because they use such small numbers and small pictures to go with it not that you can't find me decipher it. but there's no actual instructions on how to connect the Wi-Fi how to install your email all this other stuff you know that you would expect. so it's pretty much for all the description it sounds like a very good product that I would expect but I'm teetering on returning it just because it's so confusing and when I charge it up it doesn't tell you how long to charge it and I didn't see a battery symbol that says it's charge or anything but it you know it doesn't give you any menus. and it's not for lack of trying. when you read the description it's a good deal but when you get the product and you try to use it it's nearly it's a very hard product to use so I'm teasing on returning it we'll see. probably go with the name brand product.

    So far so good. My daughter loves it and keeps her entertained for hours. The case that goes with it is a added bonus. The way the cover flips over and makes a stand is very convenient. I do wish there were more instructions on using the mouse and keyboard.

    In the beginning I thought it was really cheap product I was really upset because of the service but once I put my phone service on it began to work well I could use it when I wasn't at home I don't like the fact that there is a battery mouse but it is a great system to have and has been very helpful it wasn't worth as much money as I paid but it was definitely worth it

    I bought this item about two weeks ago. So far it meets my needs as a basic tablet. The keyboard and mouse are easy to use with it. For the price, it was worth it. Battery life does not hold for more than a day, but that is why there is a charger.

    Decent but slow...make sure only one app is running and it's good for streaming for kids. I returned it because it had white around the edges. The keyboard and cover is good and keyboard worked great with the tablet. Mouse feels cheap in the hand but worked great also.
