Love this lots of room. So far so good. My filter seems to get dirty pretty quickly but you can just clean it and use the back up. Very happy with it.

Paid over $500 for this junk..
I liked it until the pump starting throwing E002 errors and nothing I do stops it. Water level is good filters changed every day, chems are balanced, the PUMP SUCKS so does BESTWAY. The do not answer emails or their phone. For 2 weeks I am still waiting it now threw E2 10 times today!! I sent them info they requested Sep 9 and not been contacted or a pump replacement. They don't answer the phone or I left a CALL ME message that they DID NOT CALL. It sat in the garage for about a month before installing it in May. Would throw an error 2 every other week or so until recently and I got worried. My COLEMAN HOT TUB HAD FOR 2 YRS HAD NO ISSUES AT ALL. I will never purchase anything from Bestway they have NO customer service. Paid over $500 for this junk.

    Great little hot tub. had it almost two months now we use it almost every day. follow the easy YouTube instructions for set up. very easy to maintain. I bought some of those soft interlocking mats to place it on before. helps keep the heat in and the floor warm and soft.

    The Hawaii model sold by Walmart is not the same Hawaii you can buy elsewhere. Some Hawaii models have 8 hydrojets around the walls. This model does not. Extremely expensive to keep heated even when it is in a garage with heated floors. To maintain 100 degrees currently have to run the heater 3 hrs for every 12 it is off. Timer only runs for one cycle then you need to set it again.

    So much better than expected
    We received this hot tub for a Tryazon party, and I felt like we won the lottery! So easy to set up and perfect for two small families to enjoy time together! We loved the jets. The hot tub is far more sturdy than I was expecting!

    Got this for grandkids and I to chill in. Fun little tub . A bit small for 4 adults, but great for the kids. Controls are easy and bubbles are nice. You sit in the bottom. Takes awhile (days) to heat up. It seems to be well constructed and very solid. Would recommend for the price.

    Exceeded Expecations!
    I have always loved hot tubs but never committed to buying one due to price and not have it a permanent place to put one. And to be honest, I was super skeptical of an inflatable hot tub being very enjoyable, and more importantly, durable. Well, I can tell you that all my worries are gone and this hot tub has exceeded all of my expectations. It is amazing. Setup was fairly easy. We did have a few confusions within the instructions, but figured it out quickly. All in all, it took us under an hour to unbox, setup and inflate. Filling it took a bit longer coming from the hose, but that was to be expected. The longest part was heating the water up to 104 degrees (where it maxes out). That took around 2 days. Once up though the hot tub walls are super hard and the flooring is padded and comfortable. You don't have seats like a traditional hot tub, but it is still super cozy. This one has jets that you can adjust the direction on, and it has another mode with just bubbles. Has most everything except for an LED light inside. But we are going to buy a cheap waterproof one and add that ourselves. We have had it for several weeks now and we LOVE it. If you have never owned a hot tub before their is a bit of a learning curve trying to figure out the right chemical balance and proper maintenance. Though we have enjoyed learning it and it is actually very minimal work to upkeep. Only thing I will say that didn't live up to the hype, was the amount of people you could put in it. It says you can comfortable fit 6 adults in this. NO WAY THAT IS POSSIBLE. I would say it only holds 2 adults if they want their legs spread out, and 4 if you are sitting with crossed legs. So keep that in mind. This isn't very big, but perfect for our small family with just me, my wife and 3 little kids.
