So easy to use and love it!
I've always had gas grills with grids for outdoor cooking but decided a griddle would be easier to use and take along for camping trips. I chose the Blackstone 22 in model and followed the instructions carefully because it's very important to season the surface before using it. Tonight I cooked burgers and turkey bacon plus toasted the buns. Incredibly simple to cook on it and the grease can be pushed to the rear into the attached catcher. Burgers tasted amazing. The only feature it doesn't have which I prefer is the metal lid isn't attached with hinges, it has to be set aside because Blackstone instructions said to never cover the griddle with the lid while cooking. Can't wait to use it to make breakfast this weekend.

    Outdoor cooking made easy!
    The Blackstone 2 Burner 22 Tabletop Propane Griddle with Cover and Carrier is so easy to assemble and use. The instructions were very easy to follow and made setting it up a breeze. All you need in a small propane bottle to start cooking. I made breakfast on this while enjoying the great outdoors. Clean up was quick and painless and the carrying case made taking it along no problem!

    Well designed
    This may be the best engineered grill I have ever seen plus it is easily portable. It took me a few days to season the cast iron grilling surface but like a good cast iron skillet it was well worth the time. My submitted pictures here will show how much heat control you have with this grill and that is the key to grilling and grilling well. Breakfast sausage patties and over easy eggs plus sunny side up eggs all on the same grill and at the same time. All 3 within the same 22” grill surface. This grill has lots of jets to spread the heat evenly plus large easy to use knobs so you can fine tune the heat. Now that is control. PS. Even the owners manual is great. One you can actually read and understand, not like most of them nowadays. So far I've only tested it here at home but I can already see it is going to be a great way to cook when traveling/camping in my old RV. Try things at home before you take them on the road right? And the drip pan was an added bonus I wasn't expecting. So bottom line IMHO, this one is a winner and it looks nice too.

    GOODBYE BIG GRILL
    I received the BLACKSTONE 2 BURNER 22” TABLETOP PROPANE GRIDDLE with COVER and CARRIER at no cost. The following is a true and unbiased review. WOW, what an experience!!! After years of cooking on a big outdoor grill it is so nice to cook on this griddle. Everything seems to cook more throughly. I really like that the entire griddle surface gets uniformly HOT and the surface space is 100% usable. If you have ever used a grill you can use this griddle. Another thing that I like is its mobility—pack it up and away you go to cook anywhere. I can see this being a GREAT tailgating asset. The griddle with cover fits neatly in the carrying case—very generous room—and closes with two zippers securing the top flap. You can carry the case with a handle like a suitcase or on the shoulder with a strap—handle and strap are not detachable. I first used a small propane canister to do my “seasoning “ and test but am going to covert to a larger propane tank in the future. The ONLY PROBLEM that I had was after reading and following the included instructions to-a-tee was: after hooking up the propane canister I tried to ignite the burners…tried, tried and tried again. Long story short, I removed the propane canister and found an obstruction in the intake port located on the side of the griddle. I took an ice pick and poked at it…it fell in side the unit (don't know what it was). I attached the propane canister…FIRED RIGHT UP and the rest was GOOD COOKIN'…total approx. wt. = 40 lbs.

    Clever never tasted better.
    A griddle that makes sense. Easy to season, plenty of room to cook. Very portable for the campers. After connecting the gas bottle, the striker immediately lights the rails. Comes with a metal cover and heavy duty zippered cache to haul it in. Now, just purchase some stainless steel spatulas and cleaning bricks and you are set to go!

    Wonderful tabletop propane griddleinto the grease
    This Blackstone 2 burner 22" tabletop propane griddle with hard cover and carrier is just a great size for outdoor cooking. Just unbox the griddle and put everything on a large table outdoors. You will need to purchase a couple of LP propane bottles like the ones for camp stoves. I would advise to read the manual carefully if you have never used a propane stove or griddle before. I have not not used one before so I watched several videos on how to set it up and season the Blackstone griddle. I had to have help putting the cast iron griddle on top because it is so heavy and I am in a wheelchair. When I seasoned it the process took a bottle of propane. If you are going to use the Blackstone griddle you can get a 20 lb tank and adapter hose. The manual also doesn't show which is high or low on the temperature control knob. So I will recheck the griddle tomorrow since I seasoned it on low. The griddle is fine and it's time to cook something. I decided to cook diced potatoes and a nice ground chuck hamburger. The items were sticking in the beginning but a little oil solved the problem. The food for me turned out awesome. Next time I will par cook the potatoes so they don't take as long. I cleaned the griddle as soon as the food was done and the griddle was still hot. I scraped the debris to the back of the griddle into the grease cup. I then put on BBQ gloves so I wouldn't get burnt and wiped the griddle down with paper towels. The griddle is now ready for the next meal to enjoy.

    Fantastic product!
    This griddle is heavy duty, made to last years. I had to have my nephew set it up for me because it's so heavy. The carry bag is well made so it will last as long as the griddle. It comes with a heavy duty cover for good protection, simple setup and easy access to the propane hookup. It also comes with a drip pan that attaches to the back. This is something even a beginner can use easily.

    Versatile Griddle
    The Blackstone 2 Burner 22 Tabletop Propane Griddle with cover is sturdy and well made and comes with complete instructions with illustrations that make assembly easy. The griddle is very roomy and with dual heat zones it is super simple to cook and prepare a variety of foods at the same time and to your own personal specifications for doneness. The cover is a nice feature as is the carry case with shoulder strap. This is a high quality griddle that is indeed portable but for me I personally found it to be heavy to carry from place to place.

    Nice size well functioning tabletop griddle
    This is a griddle that comes in parts that we needed to assemble together prior to using. The assembly process was confusing to me but very simple for my husband. We were able to assemble this together in 20-30 minutes. The actual cooking was pretty straightforward. We attached the propane can (purchased separately) then turned on the fire of the stove to do the cooking. My husband particularly like the cast iron griddle top, which distributes the heat evenly. So far he's cooked bacons, hash brown, and eggs on the griddle, and they've all turned out very nicely. Overall we're very happy with the functionality of its cooking capability. In terms of storage and transportation, it is really nice that a bag came with the griddle so we could fit the entire griddle in the bag and carry it around for camping, etc. The only thing we're maybe a bit concerned is that the bag strap is connected to the bag by plastic rings (instead of metal rings). The griddle is not lightweight at all, so we actually anticipate the rings to break sooner than later, but we will see. But overall it's an excellent product and we would highly recommend it!

    Awesome Griddle
    Large surface area for cooking with 2 burners allowing for cooking at different temps. It was easy to assemble and will have to purchase a small propane tank or can buy attachment to hook up a large tank. It is heavy but it's beautiful for my outdoor cooking! I will be leaving it on a table on my porch but its Great for camping also with convenient carrying bag to transport it. Need to season it before use. I will be making breakfast ,lunch and dinners on it.
