Used for cartilage piercing too!!
These came in bright colors in a small velvet bag, that was extra nice. They fit fine was worried about putting them in by myself with the balls but the threads were good went on just fine

    Bad quality
    The paint on these piercings chipped off into the hole of my piercing which resulted in an infection, very poor quality, the balls don't even screw on fully. Even for the price it isn't worth the possible infections you could be causing your piercing or even loosing your piercing as a result.

    Bought these for my son. If your nose is smaller these will look perfect. A few of them seem tiny but he said that is the standard size. So if you really want your septum piercing seen you may only use a few of these. The rest can be easily inverted so as to not been seen.
