I read one review where the customer service was “terrible”. That is completely FALSE. They’re a amazing, I bought my bike in Aug 21 and had an issue with the gears switching. Took it to a bike shop, and they reimbursed me for the entire amount. The bike is solid, fast and fun. I am 5’9” about 165 and this thing barely loses battery life after miles of riding. Buy a universal phone mount and now you’ve got a headlight, speedo and music lol. 11/10 am buying again when I want a newer model.

    Purely positive post.
    It's pretty good. It takes some getting used to the speed. But once you get it, it makes it a totally new experience. I recommend using all the safety gear you can because this bike really gets to 19.9 miles per hour. Some mirrors would be good but I haven't found any that are made for the handlebar, yet.

    Poor Quality
    I bought 2 of these. 1 box was damaged. we put together both bikes. Both back wheels were wobbly and there was a bolt and nut in bottom of the the box that was damaged. Maybe it's from the bike itself? The brake on one was also damaged. Both of these need to be returned. We're very disappointed. If you get one that's not damaged, these seen like they would be very nice, although not nearly worth the inflated original price.

    Bike came in great shape and protected. Only problem is when I put the pedals on one was already broken. The bearings came out of the pedal and it's very wobbly and loose.
