I make salmon croquettes with this. My husband LOVES it! We have this at least twice a month sometimes three times a month.

    bitter, not pink, disappoints
    Maybe I got 2 not so good ones. Really had to spice these up and force them down. No smoke flavor. Not pink. More like grayish white. Not tasty at all like real smoked salmon. Going back to GV white tuna.

    Chicken of the Sea Smoked Salmon is incredibly convenient and easy to bring along. It was not what I expected, I thought I was going to be trying traditional smoked salmon. It was more like canned salmon my mom used to cook with. It was totally great and delicious, but in a different way. It wasn't bagel worthy. It was however, great on crackers or on bread for a sandwich. It's ok. I appreciate being able to have salmon on the go like this. The smell is strong and so is the taste.
