I'd buy again
Setting up is easy, the instructions are sketchy though. It helped that we had a general idea of how to put it together. The remote is a great feature. The hot tub is sitting just outside of my bedroom window, and I can check the temperature of the water and control it as needed before I get out of bed. It's become a habit to hit the hot tub with my first morning cup of coffee.
Also, my concern when we got it was how comfortable it would be. I was really surprised with the padding on the bottom. It's really nice, especially for the money

Second hot tub - Now no hot tub!
I was so excited to purchase this inflatable hot tub for my family but turned into disappointment fast! The hot tub set up was easy and we were filling up the hot tub with water and it was bubbling in the lining of the hot tub wall. There was a hole in the hot tub. We had to drain it, call Walmart for a replacement. We received the replacement and set up and filled it and waited for it to heat up. Finally ready to use and my son used it after football and it was amazing! Only a day or 2 later the hot tub started to distort and blow up on the top lining and started to bubbling and eventually caused a hole. So bummed out! Me and my husband didn't even get to use it yet! Now for the second time I need to repackage and send back to Walmart for refund. So upsetting! We were really looking forward to hot tub, now no hot tub! On the upside Walmart customer service was very helpful and understood my concerns. I am so disappointed that this product did not hold up to its standards. Very upset!

I debated whether or not to buy and I'm so glad I did! they've made it so easy to own a spa without the commitment of hard sided ones. I bought Ozark 6x6 pop up tent to protect this from to much sun which bubbles up the sides. So glad I bought!MickeyJo

Its about 45-50 degrees here- my daughter and I sat in the hot tub for about 1.5 hours at 5pm. My husband and I went to sit in it at 8pm and it was down to 97 (set at 104) it doesnt seem to be able to catch up after being open/used quickly so we can really only use it once at the warmest temp.Ben

We will have it up all year. Easy instructions, quality made. As long as you use the right chemicals to treat it and measure the ph levels its good to go. Takes 2 days to heat all the way for the first time and then maintains itself after that. The cover is really nice. Highly recommended, one happy family right here.Ash
