Worst internet shopping experience ever
I ordered two. One was fine, but another one has two problems: see attached photos. I am not sure what I should do. It is another work to return this, so I will probably not claim the return service. Very unpleasant experience for my first jet order. I uploaded one review before, but the review isn't posted yet. I am not sure whether this one will make it or not.     Great stool for a great price!
    It is a very good quality barstool. I have been using it for couple of months now and had no issues with it except that there is a small tear on the seat material. I do wish the seat material came in a fabric material than a faux leather otherwise no regrets.

    Dirty and incomplete. Total waste of time
    The box and seat were dirty with a layer of dust so bad it looked black, and the stem portion that makes the seat go up and down was missing. Looks like the pieces fell out of the box, and the plastic wrap on the seat of half off for god knows how long. So mad! Then the Return button on the site returns 400 Bad Request. What is the point of having a return button on that site that doesn't work ? Now I have to drag that heavy box and cart it to walmart to return. I'd like to charge them labor and gas but I can't!
