10/10 DON'T RECOMMEND
I bought this product hoping to tie dye some cotton socks… that was not accomplished. This product says that it leave vibrant colorful dyes, but instead it doesn't stain anything but your hands. I have tried several different ways of dying them after what the instructions said to do failed. I let the socks sit over 24 hours and still, the dye just washes straight off the socks down the drain. After doing several “science experience” on them I have finally managed to get minimal color to stay, I have several other people that have bought different colors of this product and tried to dye fabrics with it, and had the same results. The dye doesn't stick to cotton fabrics. Save your time, skip this purchase, and buy a better quality dye.

    Turned out blue
I was pretty disappointed with this die. I bought green and black to tye dye a Billie Eilish shirt and the end result was a blue and green and slightly black mess. I guess the two colors just didn't mix well

You get what you pay for
I grabbed this bc it the brand I had originally planned on using has been sold out for weeks. I let this sit sit for probably 16 hours. Rinsed in cold water and then soaked in a mix of water and vinegar to help set the color. The color turned out as more of a navy rather than black. Not the biggest deal, but there are also specks of other colors throughout. At first I only saw orange/yellow spots as I was rinsing and thought it was from the rubber bands somehow staining the sweatshirt. No, its from the dye itself. When I took it out of the washer there were twice as many spots as I had originally seen, and they are multicolored. You get what you pay for, I guess. I wouldn't recommend this product.
