The best Q ever!
This Q is the best product that I have ever bought for the price. My wife and I cook everything in this barbecue. Enchilada casserole‘s, Lasagna, stuffed bell peppers, Digiorno pizzas, shish kebabs, ribeye steaks, burgers and hot dogs. The lid on the Q is heavy and is like an oven with the temperature gage. We cook beans, potatoes, sautéed mushrooms and onions on the side burner. We purchased the gas conversion kit and use natural gas to cook with this barbecue. No tank to fuss with, no worries of running out of fuel, we just love this barbecue. During the hot summer season we do all of our cooking outside with this unit without heating up the kitchen and the rest of the house. I made my own Canvas cover too. Also the red matched with the trim color of our Wood Street Home.

Nice
Nice grill easy to put together but a bunch of the parts came dented which didnt effect the grill but I had to use pliers to pull the one dent out ... the way the grill was packed made me thing it was damaged before packaging and not during shipping .. other then that the grill is a nice grill. Its got a nice heavy lid to keep the heat in and the ability to use propane or natural gas is cool

The only thing was it came a bit damaged cosmetically and it's actually in the front where you can see it. So that was disappointing. Also the grill cover doesn't fully close there is a substantial gap.Bipin

The cardboard carton was clearly damaged and in addition the bottom of the carton was wet. I was expecting the worst. But, when I opened the packaging I found that there was no damage and that all the parts were present including a few spare nuts and bolts which were thoughtfully enclosed "just in case." Construction went smoothly and all the parts aligned nicely. The instructions were clear but I needed to follow them closely and check off each construction step as it was completed. The grill is strikingly handsome and works great. I especially like the double walls of the fire box and the fact that the grill can be easily adapted for use with natural gas through purchase of the optional kit. Also appealing is the glass front so the grilling can be viewed without losing heat. Another feature that I appreciate is the fact that it comes with four heavy duty lockable casters that make it convenient to roll around on our deck and then hold it securely in position, I ordered the separate grill cover and found it to be of very durable material with fittings to keep it secure on the grill even during high winds. Obviously I'm very well pleased with the grill and highly recommend it.ronald

The temperature is easy to control and gets back up to temp quickly after the lid was opened. Grills clean easily and it went together without a hitch! Only problem is one burner takes a little more coaxing to light but not enough of a problem to give it fewer stars . And I love the color!Diane

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/31/2021It's Not the Grill That's Bad -- It's Walmart!We purchased this grill for its good looks and sturdy construction, plus it has the option to convert to natural gas. What Walmart doesn't make explicit (or simply understand) is that you have to assemble the grill for propane and then undo several steps to make the conversion to natural gas (see the video on YouTube). Plus, the "conversion kit" is about $75 extra, although a generic kit can be purchased on Amazon for nearly half the price. I wanted to confirm my research with the Cuisinart people prior to making the purchase and they refused to verify what I had discovered or supply me with certain measurements I had requested, sticking instead to their party line that "genuine GM parts" were required and discouraging me from obtaining the conversion kit elsewhere. They were not customer friendly, to say the least. However, Cuisinart said if I had any further questions, I could call a company known as Even Embers (855-735-9922) who, as it turns out, makes this grill for Cuisinart, marketed exclusively by Walmart. The CSR at Even Embers was mystified by the lack of cooperation accorded me by the Cuisinart CSR. In addition, since I am not mechanically inclined, I paid Walmart the $59 assembly fee. The "Handy" man did a fine job, only his first available appointment was several days after the grill had arrived. It was still in time, however, for our planed Memorial Day barbecue, because the man from Handy Services came out on the Sunday before Memorial Day to assemble the grill. All in all it was a frustrating experience for a good outcome. Walmart was in the shadows the entire time. They were simply acting as a "pass through." They ought to do a better job monitoring their third party vendors and manufacturers.Arthur
