One star is too many no Customer Service missing part C and the crib could not be put together had to send an email to Customer Service they acknowledge receipt of my email but never got back to me had to order another crib in order to get part C to complete putting the crib together for our grandson. Worst experience…. it seems that they are always missing parts as they have a notation on their paperwork that states if missing a part contact blah blah blah.

    Great bed! Need two people
    I love the bed. It's perfect for infant and toddler. Definitely need two people to put it together. Reading the directions was hard in some ways. I put the headboard on backwards but it's still sturdy. Only downfall is the other pieces to convert it to make it bigger is not apart of it so you'll have to buy certain parts separately. Overall love the crib can adjust height very excited to use it.

    Simply beautiful crib!
    Love this product! Came in great condition after shipping, had all the styrofoam protection needed to keep all pieces safe and unbroken, easy to assemble, it took about 2 hours, sides took the longest and I ended up going against the directions for that part, all hardware and holes for everything to match up were perfectly aligned, really just such a breeze and worth it because the final product is beautiful! I can’t wait to get the mattress and bedding set up with it! Plus, I’ll be able to let baby use it til she’s in a full size bed!

    This was an easy assembly for my son and his girlfriend. Its' flat picket fence look is better than traditional bars that look like a prison! I'm very happy with the product and the price.

    Not a 6-in-1 as advertised
    I like the crib itself a lot. However, this is NOT a 6-in-1. This pieces are sold separately, and are very expensive. What a disappointment

    Beautiful crib and looks great in my child's room
    Bought this crib a few weeks ago and love it! It looks really well in the room and the colors match perfectly with my decor. The only issue I have is that it's a little difficult to get the extra parts for the conversion toddler bed. However it is a beautiful crib and well worth the cost.
