Cosmetic Damaged Boards
Boards look to be of solid build but some serious cosmetic damage on the faces of both boards. Still functional just ugly. Terrible quality control and not worth the hassle of returning with how big they are.

    The set I got was poorly constructed. You can see the wood glue on the sides where it was put together. Like if glue spilled and the person just decided not to clean it. I am having to sand it all down to clean it up and then will be spraying a sealer and that should definitely make it look better. Definitely will not buy again.

    This is a nice set! It's made well and it's ready for you to enjoy. I sprayed a coat of clear poly to protect it from the elements and make it last longer but I don't think it's necessary. I'm glad I got it! My family has been enjoying playing it almost every day.

    Excellent for the $ but seal yours or will wear
    This is for the 3x2 and I was able to do a store pickup so was not damaged by the shipper. I usually build these boards but at the price 44-45 dollars I was just too lazy to build so grabbed it as a gift for one of the kids since it's portable. The build is good with glued joints but since I have no clue what glue they used ( probably a fast set I pinned the joints and each finger with some brad nails, again they did a great job on fit. There is no finish at all (sealer) and that is a big no no on anything but especially on soft (light) wood that will have bags hitting and scraping on it so I am adding a spar varnish since this will be dragged all over and used all over but you could use a spar urethane and be totally fine. Seriously they should just do a quick spray seal just one coat I have not tried the bags as I am still sealing/protecting main board but if they are poorly stitched I will sew them. All in all for the price it's not bad and I took one star off for not even throwing a single coat of cheap sealer on it. I rate based on price vs hassle and it saved my a couple of hours, maybe 3 as I go overboard on structure Just go buy a spray can of spar poly and do a few coats

    We are really enjoying this set from ESPN. This is such a great product, sturdy wood constuction, four color bean bags for each team, easy to set up anywhere. Lots of family fun times.

    Standard for the cost
    This is an ACA size set. It is fairly average for the cost meaning at this price point it compares similarly to most others. The graphics are fairly thin paint and laid down right on the plywood which is fairly smooth like luan but is uncoated. They will likely wear. A premium board would have a coating on the board, then the graphics, then another clear coat but you'd pay a premium price for that. This could be coated if you desired. The bags are a little cheap compared to those you buy on their own but sufficient, will see how they last. The legs can be tightened easily with wing nuts and the shipping box can be used for storage. Being a pine untreated frame the set is fairly light and easy to set up.. The right side board in my pic arrived with a black scuff mark running from the top left corner to the hole.

    Great boards but need better quality bags
    Boards are nice, the box came damaged and a few spots on the boards had a little damage. Couple of the bags busted open after the first use. The bags need to be stitched better.

    Good boards,, bad bags
    The boards are good and sturdy, but the only thing is, the bags are not as good as they say they are,, I played two rounds and they already ripped open!!!
