Great a Kitchen Tool
Made chicken pot pie this weekend and used my new Expert Grill Silicone Basting Brush yo apply the egg wash to the top so it didn’t burn. This brush is perfect for inside use. You could use it on the grill too because it’s heat resistant so it won’t burn but we have a larger one for that. This brush is great for smaller jobs instead of breaking out the big clunky brush. It works really good at holding the egg wash into the brush to apply without losing a bunch of it. Another kitchen must have.

    Basting for Flavor
    The Expert Grill 8 Silicone Basting Brush is fantastic and works great. It spreads the sauce easily and evenly, and cleans up in a snap. The basting brush is great for evenly spreading the flavor of the sauce over whatever you are cooking. All in all this is a great addition to any cooking that needs a sauce or basting upon the food. Great for spreading garlic and butter sauce on vegetables or BBQ sauce on meats. I highly recommend this Basting Brush.

    Expert Grill 8 Silicone Basting Brush Heat Resistant Food Grade, Red The following is a review for the Expert Grill 8 Silicone Basting Brush Heat Resistant Food Grade, Red. This little brush is an absolute joy. I know that may seem extreme, but it is such a useful tool. The sauce literally clings to the brush. It goes over the meat so easily. The brush also spreads the sauce so nicely. The thought of how nasty the old bristly brushes is unnerving. The brushes use to get so nasty and you could never get them fully clean. Eventually after a couple of uses it would just be best to throw them away for purely sanitary reasons. The Expert Grill 8 Silicone Basting Brush Heat Resistant Food Grade is so easy to clean. Plus, the brush part is detachable so that you can make sure food and other particles don’t get stuck up in there. Which over time happens and there is a need for a good cleaning or bleaching. I will take care of this little brush for some time to come. I am curious as to whether or not they come in different sizes. Because if you have a big rack of ribs you would want something bigger in order to cover your ribs quickly. It is in my opinion a very good brush to have.

    Plenty of durable bristles that make basting easy!
    I am very satisfied and happy with this Expert Grill Silicone Basting Brush! This brush is lightweight and comfortable to hold. It is made of high quality plastic and silicone material, it has a durable handle and flexible silicone bristles, both of which are heat resistant and can be used to apply marinades or sauces directly on top of the foods right on the grill while barbecuing to provide food with continuous flavor and moisture. I like that this basting brush has plenty of bristles that hold on to sauce really well and make it easy to baste on foods evenly. I also like how easy this brush is to wash off and that it still looks like new after many uses. The bristle head can also be removed from the handle to be able to clean it more easily and thoroughly. Overall, this basting brush is great and I recommend it!

    Great basting brush
    I recently got this Expert Grill 8 Silicone Basting Brush to use for cooking on my grill and in my kitchen. The one they offered was red, but I received a green one, and I like that just as well. I really hate those natural fiber brushes that shed the fibers into your sauce and on your food! The brush is made of food grade heat resistant silicone. There are 4 rows of fifteen bristles and soak up your sauce so you can slather your sauce on your food and add flavor and maintain moisture. The handle is really durable because it is made of polypropylene and has a long reliable life. I have been using silicone brushes for years. They do last a long time, and I find I can never have too many around. In addition to spreading sauces at the grill, I like to use them to put oil on my frying pan, spread melted butter on my pancakes and rolls, or put mayo on my sandwich bread. They work really great and wash up easily when you either hand wash them or add them to your dishwasher. I do recommend this brush to any one who cooks!
