Great non-stick pan because it is shallow!
I love this pan not only because it is non-stick, but because it is shallow. If you have something you need to flip like pancakes or fried eggs, this pan makes it simple. You can't easly flip if your pan is deep (You can't get your spatula under your food if it close to the edge). I make pancakes often for my grandchildren. This pan makes it simple. You won't be dissapointed.

Pan is NOT Flat on the Bottom, Not Even Close
This pan is not flat, not even close. It is so uneven that I had to double-check that I hadn't mistakenly bought a stir fry pan. I fried bacon in it and the heat was concentrated on the center, which is where the pan rested on my ceramic stovetop. It wobbled on the center, and not just a little. Unfortunately I didn't first use it and discover the problem until after the return period. Don't make my mistake.

    Really large frying pan….BOUGHT TWO!!
    Super large, great for making pancakes…holds 4 medium. Would be even greater if there was a lid.

    Easy fix for wobbly pan :o)
    If your pan is all over the place because it has an uneven bottom, use a rubber mallet or a hammer covered in a towel and while holding the pan in your hand, lightly tap the bottom approximately 5-6 times and check it by placing it on the burner to see if it now sits flat. Worked for me!!! No more spinning on my flat top stove!

    Preforms well.
    Today is the first day my brother has used his birthday gift and we both agree that it cooks evenly. We can also add more food to it without it spilling over and we don't have to dump the grease from the meat out as much as we had to with the 12" There is only one downside. It didn't come with a lid.

    Disappointing
    I really wanted to like this pan, but the fact that the bottom wasn't even close to flat, to the point that my ceramic-top stove kept glowing red as if there were no pan on it at all. There were some spots near the rim of the pan where the non-stick coating was already flaking off, after a single use. I returned it and Walmart graciously accepted the return no-questions asked.

    To thin for this size.
    It arrived with an impression of a 4" ring off center. It looks as if something heavy had press down on it. I used it four times and notice the bottom is rounding. This causes it to wobble on the burner. It is similar to the thin nonstick griddles I think. It will need flattening before every use. My old pan is better. I like the little three pan set for about $20, I use the heck out of them. This one I now regret buying but at least I already had a lid that fits.

    I recently purchased this pan along with several other pieces in this collection to add to the 12-piece set my son-in-law gave me as a 2019 Christmas gift, and although I haven't used it yet, I am anticipating loving it even more when I do. My main reason for this review is to address an old review from 2018 that I just read where someone stated there was not a lid made for it. While that is technically true, I also purchased the 10.5 quart / 14 inch Covered Family Pan, and the lid for it fits this frypan perfectly. As long as I'm not using both pans for the same meal, I will be in good shape as to having an available lid. I hope this can help someone who may be considering this pan based on the availability of a lid. Take care.

    I shopped around before settling on this frying pan. The price was exceptional compared to the others I viewed, so I brought it. I was thrilled with the quality for the price! It is sturdy and cooks evenly, and large enough to use in place of my electric skillet.
