It seems like a great bike!
The first thing I didn't like was when we pulled the battery out, the plastic end cap on the battery case broke off.(it was held on by 2 small screws) We used some strong tape to hold it together. I would like to replace that small plastic cover but I haven't gotten any response from Ancheer. Where is customer support?Also, the pedal assist feature isn't very useful. It is set way too fast! I prefer to use the manual throttle.I do love the folding feature. It fits nicely in a compartment in or RV. (But it is pretty heavy!)

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE
Purchased this bike for city commuting... it lasted four days!!! The tire went flat with no obvious damage.... removed the tire to charge the tube and couldn't get the tire back into the frame. Took it to a repair shop where they basically laughed and pointed out more than a handful of defects throughout the entire bike... it was literally unfixable. Returned the bike and am waiting for my refund.

I bought this bike and found that it is not a good fit for me, the “adjustable” seat won't stay in place once adjusting - it falls back down to lower position when I sit on it. This company is giving me the run around, won't give me a return address, wants me to pay return shipping costs, and is trying to give me $60-$100 to keep it. I feel that they are giving me the run around and trying to “wait out” the return period so that they can then say that it is past the return window. BUYERS BEWARE!Barbara

It’s pretty much intuitive and fast to put it together.The bike itself is very high quality for its price tag and we’ve not had any problems with it despite using it almost daily. The seat is comfortable enough for both young teens and adults! My son and I can use the bike with no need for adjustments. I recommend getting a seat in the back for any possible passengers.The battery life lasts for quite awhile. We haven’t put it to the test really, but for everyday use, it’s just fine and hasn’t died out mid-ride. I really recommend this e-bike.Tiffany

It was delivered much earlier than expected and it didn't take very long to complete the assembly. I didn't use the instructions at all but I did watch the video first. There are several things to watch for. #1, the lowest speed setting (1) is way too fast!. It goes about 10 mph in this setting. Should have been something more like 5 - 7 MPH. #2, the red light on the charger is super dim. I thought the charger wasn't working until I took into a dark place. The green light is plenty bright.
