Best residential compressor ever. Extremely quiet
There was nothing to dislike. It was easy to set up. I was a little confused with the pressure gauges as to the pressure control going to my pneumatic tools. The unit is EXTREMELY quiet. The best home compressor I have ever owned. I would certainly refer this unit to friends and family.

    good looking compressor
    everything looks good except the tank pressure gauge glass is broken and the needle is gone, i'm going to see if they will send a replacement gauge. nice and quite as advertised so i'll give a 3 star until they replace the gauge then i'll update my rating accordingly

    you can talk
    had just a short time but first compressor i have had you could talk to someone while it was running nice looking and stored in small space replacing an old 8 gal tank that was so loud you could not think around it

    Good mid range compressor, easy on your ears.
    Definitely quieter than my previous craftsman, and this was the primary selling point. Slower fill time, not a deal breaker for my light use. Gauge face broken on delivery and customer service with replacement gauge shipping and incidental product registration was easy, professional and appreciated. This is a known shipping problem and it really should be corrected though.

    Pressure gauge glass broken
    I have yet to use the item because the pressure gauge glass was shattered when I unpacked the item. I just agree with another review about hast in packing and therefore damage to the glass gauge. I am looking forward getting new unit or part shipped from the manufacturer so I can use the compressor. Nothing else seemed to have any damage at all. Easy assembly and looks great.

    Quiet as advertised, great vertical configuration
    I've only had this compressor a few days, but so far it's great. It's as quiet as a little quiet-type 2-gal unit I had. The thing I really like about this one is the vertical configuration which helps save floor space, since my shop is in my home garage, where space is at a premium. Highly recommended.

    Great concept, needs better attention to detail
    Had to be shipped twice due to excessive rust and damage as well as missing parts. The second compressor did not have as much rust on it and operated ok. As this was a birthday gift it was more of a disappointment. HOWEVER, it is the quietest compressor I've owned. Really liked that Ford made it and after repairing all the surface rust and strategic sticker placement on other areas it turned out ok. Would like to see Sam's offer more Ford Power items like generators. It would have been nice if Sam's Club offered a discount due to all the hassle.
