Product DIDN'T WORK!
We put brand new batteries in the device and it wouldn't even turn on the TV. I got up and walked to the TV and manually turned it on - even though I'm disabled and a fall risk! Then the new remote STILL DIDN'T WORK! Luckily, we found the old remote and it still worked.

    Wanted to love this remote but really disappointed
    I got the remote because I wanted to be able to use just one remote for my TV, sound bar, and Blu-ray player. I was able to program the remote to work with all three devices but functionality was limited on my TV. I have a Westinghouse set from 2020 and none of the codes provided with the remote worked; but I able to set it up with the auto scan option. While I was able to use the remote for basic functions like turning the TV on/off and volume/channel controls, I couldn't access more advanced options like the input menu (despite the remote having an "Input" button). This was a biggie for me considering that I need to be able to change input options for my Blu-ray player or when connecting the TV to my computer to use as a second monitor. I really wanted to love this remote but it was honestly really disappointing given its shortcomings. I'll be switching back to my (cheaper) RCA remote.

    Don't Buy!!
    This remote is absolute garbage. I bought it as an extra, and it only worked maybe 4 times. Repeatedly tried new batteries, nothing. I can't even believe how bad this product is. It must have been sold as a return from someone else. Well, Walmart took care of it right away for me, so thank goodness for that, because this is junk.

    Definitely worth the $17.00
    Works fine. Obviously not as good as the original remote with TV. However, all commands work right away w/no problems.

    great remote, but button are hard to see at night
    I liked how easy it was to set the remote. I placed the batteries in and tv, and cable box connected all by itself. I like the size, we tend to loss remotes, but this size is easy to find. I don't like that at night the button doesn't light up in the dark and the button are little to close. For the price and size I would still buy the remote again.
