Don’t do it. Buy used instead.
Not even worth $400. The back cushions are absurdly far back, making it impossible to sit without slouching. The back cushions are also incredibly thin and offer zero comfort or cushion whatsoever. The seat itself is mediocre, but you can tell just sitting on it that it won’t last long. The springs are also laughably small, so that support will wear out fast too. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Also beware the return policy! You’ll have this assembled and the box will be ripped up and you have to find a way to package this all up again to return it. Fat chance. They know you can’t.

    Seam already tore
    I love this couch for the price- however I've only had it about a month and the seam on the front of one cushion is coming apart. Super bummed. I wish there was a way to replace one cover?

    Good Couch for Price
    I really like the cream color, the two pillows it comes with, and wood base color, just like photos. It is also moderately comfy. The material is not the smoothest but still pleasant. I did not like that it came with small rips. I also didnt like how tall the seating of the couch is. I am 5'6" and for some reason my feet barely touch the ground which i thought was kind of odd. Might cut down the legs to make it shorter other than that good couch.

    Love this purchase!
    This is a beautiful and very well made sofa! It came in two large boxes that were delivered on the same day. I'm a small person, so I did have to enlist some help with attaching the back to the base, but aside from that, it was incredibly easy to assemble. It's very comfortable and large enough for two grown people to very easily stretch out at the same time. 10/10 would recommend!

    Quality is good but In our Order, letter D (4x hand bolts) are missing) Letter G (4x for leg for Loveseat) are missing. Please send us the missing parts ASAP. Thanks

    Good buy, easy to assemble
    Really good quality and comfortable. we did research for almost 4-5 months and visited various furniture stores that could fit in to living space of townhome. Finally got nice one for good price. Easy to assemble and we were happy with it.

    Box nearly destroyed / 2 of 2 missing / Repackaged
    Only Box 1 of 2 was delivered. Box was extremely distressed (see pictures), as well as the ends retaped in a very crude fashion. I immediately complained about the condition of the box, but was told "That's the way it was put on the truck." Driver left abruptly. The rips in the cardboard box were primarily on the sides of the package; they were completely through the cardboard and the entire width of the box rendering the contents (a fabric couch) susceptible to the elements as well as dirt and filth. Very disappointing.
