    Bike is okay but customer service is non existent!
    The bike showed up with a bent wheel, sent a dozen emails over 3 weeks with video of it to customer service about it and not a single reply about it!! I had to take it to get repaired at a bike shop, the splash guards are extremely flimsy so I didn't even bother putting them on but the rest of the bike is solid, battery holds a charge, it's got good power, and it's fast

    When I pay 600.00 for something I can be healthy doing , I'm,69 trying hard battery won't charge and a screw was missing on kickstand, Company not real easy to deal with I have a 3 year warranty with Allstate and Walmart and 1 year with vivi Send me a new battery and charger already

    I would not recommend buying this product.
    After assembling the bike then tried it out. Manuel part worked fine, but the electric part did not. I put it on the charger over night and it still didn't function. I am returning to my local store for a refund. I have several manual powered bikes. I also checked the book for fixes. No luck there either.

    I just put it together and went on a spin with it and I really like it! wish it was faster tho! but for a 500 watt motor it is good for casual riding!

    Do not purchase!
    I went on a ride with a friend. She's had her bike several years. Her battery was fully charged when we were done. My battery was only on 2 bars. We have the same battery voltage and wattage is same in the bike. The power button is hard to get to to turn on.

    Fast and Amazing foldable e-bike
    I love it bike is amazing love the fact the owner manual does come with instructions on how to override the speed limit set on the bike but to be honest I don't think it's needed the bike itself goes pretty fast enough to bring tears out my eyes with the wind lol love that it folds I can just fold it and put in car or bus or train and the price is unbelievable

    Dont Buy Cheap came broken
    will not send me a return label. They also pretend to be walmart customer service team. They are not. check your email they end as walmart customer serv team. that is fraud.

    This bike is amazing!!!!! I got the seat replaced because it was too hard. I got a bike shop to build it that specialize in ebikes. I had a $4000 ebike and this bike definitely for the value is amazing! The amount of features it has is insane: - dual suspension so you dont feel the bumps as much - pedal assist helps when you are pedaling to help you go faster and makes the ride enjoyable - throttle allows you to ride the bike without pedaling - amazing - foldable - i have never seen a foldable ebike so this is wonderful - battery life i did 12 miles and the battery was still full. My friend used a lot of throttle for the 12 miles and it only went down one battery light. The bike tells you when by indicating 5 red lights if full and as the battery is used it removes the color. Overall this is a no brainer! Get the bike! Also, im a female who is 5'2” and i can ride the bike. My friend is 5'11” and was also comfortable.
