Power is good, function is not so impressive.
Having used a Plugable USB 3.0 docking station with my Surface Pro and my HP Spectre x360, I got this dock to allow for power delivery and upgrade to USB-C. The power is great for my laptop but the displays and usb hub are less then reliable. The displays work well when I connect the dock with the laptop logged in. The displays don't show up if I connect the laptop then wake it up. Also, if my laptop falls asleep, connected, I need to disconnect the hub and re-connect to get back the displays. Also, I have had intermittent issues where only one of my 2 displays wakes up, yet windows knows there are 2 displays. Finally, the power button doesn't work for me. That is a minor issue as I use the laptop's power button. On the plus side, it looks very sleek on my desk and having a single cable going to my laptop is great!

It does not work
Also like the other's, I tried to contacting with one Monitor but doesn't work, I spended 3 Hours to get the Monitor but also my laptop doesn't charged

    Would give zero stars if I could
    Very unreliable dock that rarely functions properly. Display port monitors won't work even though showing as detected in windows settings. Avoid at all costs

    Not plug and play, can't get one external monitor
    Dock should be plug and play but is not. I had an external monitor plugged right into the laptop and it was working fine. Plug that same monitor into the dock and the computer doesn't even recognize there's a second monitor. Tried both HDMI and display port. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Dont buy it
    Do not work. HP tell me need a adapter of USB-c to USB-a but don't tell me, where I can find it. I connect it and nothing works

    Don´t buy it
    I already investet 8 hours in this product. Only one of two external Display (HP Elite Display E231) works. This Docking Station can not work with two displays!!!

    Unreliable. Do not buy.
    Are using it with a HP Elitebook G5 laptops and Dell monitors (connected with DisplayPort). Attached monitors do often not wake up after resuming from power saving/off mode. Power button do not work most of the time.

    Does not work
    Have 2 monitors, keyboard, and mouse hooked into this. 99% of the time it doesnt recognize the monitors. So i plug one monitor into my laptop and the other into this dock. Still doesnt recognize the dock. Using this at work and I have almost an hour of downtime in a day just trying to get this thing to work.
