Returning as not compatible
I needed a docking station. I bought this because I clicked on the HP laptop computer I just bought and this docking station populated. This docking station is not compatible with my laptop. Therefore I'm returning it.

    Doesn't come with additional cables must by separately. Only has power cord. Works great I needed it for work.

    Misses the mark for a dock
    This dock misses the mark on available ports. HDMI is mainstream and that isn't utilized. You will need display port adapters. You cannot use a dual jack headset to this because it does not have a mic input. It does have a line input but that won't work with most microphones. Very poor design decision.

    Reliable
    I have been using this piece of hardware for the last 4 years with my HP Elitebook 840 and it has never wavered. A unobtrusive, reliable device, can't but recommend.

    No HDMI
    A dock should add extra connections so you can conveniently use it as a Desktop. Not only does this dock not have HDMI, but it covers up the HDMI that is on the computer... so I can't use it.
