The heating pad doesn't look like the photo.
The heating pad I received is different than what is shown . It was supposed to come with a storage bag also and it didn't. I contacted Walmart and they said because it was a third-party they are not able to guarantee that you will receive that item. Walmart and other websites need to stop allowing third party to be a part of their website. In my opinion you should receive what you ordered. To those that may be considering ordering this heating pad , keep in mind you may receive something totally different like I did.

    This is for a Xmas present so I don't know how they will like it. It was soft and with the different heat settings I think it will be great!!

    Comfy and and a relief to have the warmth
    Flexible, turns off by itself, and gets warm quickly. I like this heating pad very much and will buy it again.

    Sadly disappointed. Would not recommend.
    Not as shown in description. No portable storage bag. No instruction for moist heat use. Warms but does not really get hot.

    Nice and long. Just wish it was a little wider. Instruction booklet says not to fold it yet it came folded in three. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the heat and price.

    Heats fast
    Heats up fast and high setting is hot. Other reviews say there is a massage/vibration feature. This product does not have any massage or vibration. Only heat. Works well as heating pad but I really was looking for the added massage with heat.

    Best heating pads I've ever used.
    I have back and neck issues and this heating pad conforms easily to give heat where you need it.  A big plus for me is that the plug attached to the heating pad has 2 pins that you have to squeeze to separate the 2 halves of the plug to launder the cover.  It doesn't pull apart like other heating pads I've had in the past.
