Highly disappointed
You get what you pay for... Bought Hisense 75" less than 2 years ago...nice price. Started out great but now the picture's gone. Horizontal lines and flickering screen. Sadly, only a one-year warranty. Wasted time calling Hisense support...nothing. Won't buy Hisense again.

    Superb picture quality at any price
    This TV has immense picture quality at any price, but especially this price. I am really baffled at all the bad reviews. It must be a simple luck of the draw with manufacturing. Mine has been a dream. The picture quality is stunning, rich and lifelike with vivid colors. The spatial depth has resolution looking almost 3D in effect. It even cleans up older TV shows and movies to their optimum viewing. This is by far the best set I have ever owned and the value is fall-off-the-chair unapparelled. It's a real shame that others are not getting the same results. I'm either very lucky or others are unlucky, but I am thoroughly enjoying this set more and more.

    You get what you pay for
    Bought last August 30,2020. Now sept 10 2021 and picture going black on left half of entire tv. Good tv if you want to buy one every year. Lasts just past the one year warranty. Had same experience with a previous smaller hisense. Going back to Samsung.

    You need strong friends, truck, credit
    This TV is fine, but it may take you 3-4 times of ordering it to finally get one that isn't broken. The delivery service is the WORST. It will take 5 days to three weeks to arrive-- hope you aren't in a hurry! We are in Indiana, and the TV shipped from Kentucky. 3 weeks to go three hours. You get no reliable timeframe of delivery, and it may be left outside in the elements. There is a 75% chance it will be broken upon delivery because of the delivery service. Yes, you'll get a refund, but only after you lug the 85 pound TV back to Walmart. You then get to wait 2 weeks for a credit to process. Meanwhile, you will have to order another TV and start the process all over again. We are a school corporation who HAD to buy the cheapest smart tv we could find (per state statute), approximately 40 TVs in total, so we were stuck getting many of these from Walmart. We made so many returns this summer, that Walmart had the audacity to write and threaten to close our account. Don't order this TV unless you have time to wait for a broken television, have a strong friend with a truck to help you lug it back to Walmart, enough credit to wait 2 weeks for a credit back to your account, and the patience to do this process as many as 4 times to finally get an operational television.

    good picture crap software
    I love the picture and sound when it works... the apps glitch out and we are constantly having to soft reset this tv... and by constantly I mean just about every time we turn it on.

    a little disappointed
    thus tv looks good, light widget and has a nice picture however the sound is driving me crazy. If your one that likes a little more base in your sound this is not the TV for you, it's sound is very hi pitch and that I don't like. If this TV wasn't so big and already on my wall I would've actually returned it. It is however very easy to set up and install apps. Again the only thing that I don't like about this TV is the sound.

    Waited a week after it was supposed to get here then it comes broken now having to wait an extra 2 weeks for a new one. So Expensive for having all these problems
