Miracle Product!
If you have issues sleeping, or like me you work the graveyard shift, you NEED this in your life right now! Wonderful product that allows me to get a restful sleep. It generates a soothing pink noise, which is much more natural to the ear than white noise is. I never liked white noise machines for that reason. The air shutter opens and closes, allowing for 3 levels of airflow. So you can use the pink noise with air or without air. To turn it on, all it takes is a quick tap, so even in the dark it is easy to operate. The control panel is also dimmable, and can be turned down so that there is zero lights to be seen. It oscillates and you can pivot it up and down, so you can really aim it where you need it. You can also charge it by USB. The noise is constant even with the air vent closed. One tap puts it on its lowest level, a second tap puts it on medium, a third high and fourth is off. Also slightly programmable, as you can set it to run for 1,2,4, or 8 hrs. Overall, a wonderful product and engineered to be easy to use, which is great when you're half asleep. If I forget to turn it on, I wake up in middle, but with this machine on, I sleep a full 8hrs. Highly recommend you get this!!! I'm going to buy one for my mom, as she has insomnia. A great buy for sure!

It's up to you
I order a lot online and sometimes it's hit and miss. I can say the order came on time. But unfortunately it came damaged. The sliding door doesn't lock for the levels of airflow it just goes up. I like the design modern look the usb option is cool. The sound is not for me honesty. just sounds like a mini vacuum. And the airflow is not good because of the size of the vent.

    A beautiful breeze
I've never been one for fans at night or needing some sort of background noise to sleep. That is until you have 2 dogs, 1 child a full and a part time job & a snoring husband. Anything that can help you to fall & stay asleep is most welcome. This fan with 3 adjustable speeds is great. It also has a cover in case you just want the sound. The light can be dimmed, the fan oscillates and it can be set to have the sleep fan go off. It is black, so it blends in with the dark, though maybe not your decor. It takes up some space, I would prefer it a little smaller, but it does the job well and I am glad to make room for such a useful product.

    Best bedroom fan yet!
I received The DreamWeaver® Sleep Fan for free from the Walmart Spark Reviewer Program for my unbiased review of the product. Set on high, the air flow is really strong, and it also has a medium and low setting as well. The optimized sound profile replicates pink noise with sound blocking benefits with or without airflow. That's really great for year round use because you can have the airflow in the warmer nights and turn off the airflow with the innovative airflow shutter when the night is cooler. Easy-tap controls include a touch-sensitive, easy tap area, so easy you could do it in your sleep! There is no need to turn on the light to adjust it, you just tap the top surface to power the fan on and change the 3 powerful speeds. It has a light on top to show the power is on, but you can dim that light with four settings, including an "off" selection for those who like the room dark. It also oscillates and pivots to let you choose the direction of airflow that is most comfortable for your personal preference. It is light weight and is easily portable. The compact size allows you to place it on your night stand while you sleep. I love this fan and would recommend it highly!!

    Love the fan
I wasn't totally sure what I was getting when I got a pink noise fan. I have a 11 month old who uses a white noise sound machine for naps and nighttime, so I think that might be why I was confused. I'll start with my pros and move onto my cons which is more my fault for assuming how this product would be. The pros: - awesome size - USB port installed so if you're using a plug for the fan you can put your phone cord into the fan and still charge - light dimmer on fan - the fan has great settings to choose from The con: - the pink noise isn't anything like I expected. With white noise it helps drown out other noises happening in the background. This pink noise was just the sound of the fan on with the cover on. To turn the pink noise on you pull up a ‘door' and the air from the fan no longer comes from the front and then comes out the top. Since the air can't escape from the front you hear that thus creating ‘pink noise'. All that said, I love the size of the fan and the settings that the pink noise part does not affect my thoughts on the fan.

personal preference - more hair dryer than fan
I received the Honeywell DreamWeaver Sleep Fan with Pink Noise for review. Let me start by saying I like a constant background noise all the time. I do not like silence, it makes me anxious. So I have tried and had many solutions to address this fact. This is "pink" noise, apparently lower frequency noise. My one pet peeve with sound machines is if I can tell the is a 'loop' of repetitive pattern. This does not. It also has the feature to shut off the direction fan if you don't actually want air blowing on you. The touch control on top is very easy to change -low/medium/high--almost too easy as my cat can do it when he bats at the little light. But you can make it go 'dark'. This is if you keep it close by you can reach over and tap to change the setting with out fumbling around. I however found it too loud, even on low to keep that close in my bedroom. Its fine at the other end of a larger room. The thing I do not like is the type of noise. It is very -aggressive- for lack of a better word. Instead of like a gentle breeze, it is more like a hair dryer on high, higher and highest. Which is not my preference, but in a larger room it's ok, just not the sound quality I'm after.

    A great product!!!!!!!!!
Through the Spark Reviewer program, I received this product, Honeywell DreamWeaver Sleep Fan with Pink Noise, HTF400, Black. So this fan is extraordinary. This fan is very quiet compared to most fans, its not too noisy. It offers three powerful cooling speeds. The pink noise is active when the fan is on, its not too loud, just enough sound that is mixed in with the below average noise level of the fan itself blowing out air. There is an on and off airflow, timer settings, control panel dimmer switch and a USB charging port. The HTF400 also can pivot and oscillates. I found this fan best used in a small to medium sized bedroom. I placed it on the nightstand beside the bed. This fan has a tiny footprint, its light in weight; therefore, it does not take up too much space. It's effortless to move around and adjust. It sends out a cool little breeze. On top of the device, there is a flat panel that has a few recognizable symbols for the different settings: fan on/off, speed, dimmer and timer settings up to 8 hours. The USB charging port is functional even when the fan is off. I'm not sure of the USB charge rate, but I do see its not a quick or fast charge. I connected my cell phone, and the status indicates charging, not fast charging. It does not matter because it's charging while you are counting sheep anyway. So you literately reach over with your hand and might quick adjustments to the fan settings or turn it on/off with a tap on the top panel without looking or breaking your sleep. It's just that easy. I do find this fan to be very relaxing, and so far the experience has been a positive one. This fan is perfect because its quiet and sends out a gentle cooling breeze. I do recommend the Honeywell DreamWeaver Sleep Fan with Pink Noise, HTF400, Black.

    Very well-made and easy-to-use!
I love electrical items that are easy to set up and use! All I had to do was take it out of the box, read the instructions (very clear instructions), and turn it on. I donʻt quite get the "pink noise" aspect of it yet, but maybe after I use it longer, I will see a benefit from it in helping me get to sleep. The fan works great, and it would be a very good fan to use if you have a small child or a pet because it has no moving blades that are exposed.

    Peaceful sleep
I have had a noise machine for several years and my last one was on the fritz. This one is very different from any I have owned before. It said pink noise and honestly I have no idea what pink noise was. Basically this has a fan to blow cool air at you. If it is colder weather, you can close the fan door and just have the noise. Honestly, I thought oh good grief, this will not be very good. I was so wrong! The noise of the fan has 3 levels. Low, medium and high. I turned it on medium and the sound drowned out the TV downstairs and I slept so peaceful. I love that you can set the times for the machine too. If you hit the clock symbol it will stay on for 1, 3, or 8 hours long. I love this, cause to be honest I forget to shut off right when I wake up and typically shut it off a few hours later. So, with this I know it will turn off and I will not have to give it a second thought. There is a button to rotate the machine for when you want the fan to blow around. There also is a light button to increase the amount of light from the Dream Weaver.
