Falls apart quick
Machine picks up great but falls apart very easily. Has tons of power to clean up pet hair. I would say the only downfall is when you pull the vacuum on the backward pass the handle falls out about 95% of the time. For the price this isn't worth it. The handle doesn't screw in. Just pops in and out with a metal button. I've only had it three days and am returning it today due to this issue. If Hoover removes the button lock and give you a screw to hold the handle on I would have given this 5 stars. Def needs to be improved in in that sense.

    No stars faulty product, DO NOT BUY
    Do not buy this vacuum, the hose breaks off when the extension hose is used. This is same issue we had with another Hoover model last December. Contacted Hoover by phone in April 2023 waited on hold for over 45 minutes. Advised by Hoover to send pictures of hose. Just purchased this model and on the second use, hose is snapped off body. Why did I buy another Hoover???Currently on hold with Hoover. Don't waste your time or money on a Hoover, go with another Brand.

    Good suction lightweight can cause damage
    Great vacuum especially for price. would have given a 5 star but did some damage. Make sure to keep on high floor setting if using hose. Will damage carpet and made hole in my couch from tipping over. Roller constantly runs.

    Ok I had a problem similar to other people the hose to use for hand vacuuming came apart from the machine. If you look where is goes into the machine there is a piece that unscrews and you can screw it back into it and put back in place on the machine. Just some info for any that has this problem. All is good now!

    I LOVE IT ?!!!!!
    I LOVE my new vacuum cleaner ???!!!! It can move side ways and in and out of cracks and corners unlike a lot of other vacuums. It’s great for busy people like me who don’t have time for the old vacuums that don’t allow you to move but one way. I would most definitely recommend this and the price for it was great. It’s worth the purchase!!!!

    This vacuum runs a total of 5 minutes before getting hot and I’ve only used it twice! Very disappointing to get on the app an see that’s it’s not eligible for return! Save the your money! If I had the option to not give a start I would but it’s making me put at least 1

    This vacuum is lightweight, very quiet, and works so good, I can’t believe it. So easy to use. I saved $60 by buying online. I never thought I would look forward to vacuuming. Worth it. My only negative is that it doesn’t have an edger. But, still excellent.

    DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM WAL-MART
    PLASTIC CLIP TO THE BAGLESS CANISTER IS BROKEN. THE BROKEN PEICE WAS PUT IN THE HOLE WHERE THE HANDLE IS SUPPOSED TO GO. WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO RETURN TO THE STORE FOR EXCHANGE WITH A RECEIPT. PICTURE SHOWS THE DAMAGED PEICE.
