Rides comfortably
Better then expected. I love the comfy seat and comfy handle bars. The color is a nice blue also. Seat is adjustable and set up took 20-30 minutes with the correct tools. Bike said Made in China. The pedals are plastic. Not sure how long the bike will last. Wouldn't recommend keeping this bike outside in the cold or rain.

Missing parts
The bike is missing the wheel retainer. It holds the tires and the top of the bike together. Thats a safety issue for me. I cant believe the quality control on this.

    When I purchased this bike for my daughter, it came and the kick stand was bend, but because it was her birthday, I just didn't worry about it. She started to ride it and we found out that the frame of the bike was off (bent). I am now in the process of getting a better one or a refund. Thank goodness I brought the protection plan.

    Not worth it.
    Really cute bike, but everything everyone was saying on here about the handlebars is so true. Mine are pointing down and it's impossible to fix them! There's a part that LOOKS like you should be able to loosen it and adjust the handlebars, but you can't. So frustrating. Also the paint on my bike was damaged, and the metal was too so now there are sharp pieces all over it. Don't bother.

    Poor Craftsmanship
    Pretty bike, but handlebar could not be adjusted as the bolt was frozen with paint. Unusable.
