So affordable and functional!
I will start by saying that I had the original Keurig design bought in 2013. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it but I felt a less bulky model would do better in our smaller home. So, the first thing I noticed is how much slimmer this one is without losing much of the tank space. You can see the two side by side in my pictures and the difference is significant!!! Its not only slimmer but its lower profile in the way that the k-cup loading at the top doesn't need to be flipped up all the way like the original so you don't need as much clearance. When using, the most important feature update for me was no warm-up time needed. The second you open the k-cup compartment it turns itself on and is ready to go. It does take a few seconds more to pour the coffee but not having to wait 2-3 minutes for it to warm up prior clearly makes up for it. I will also note that I have not noticed a difference in temperature between the two models, I think the heating element in the new model is just better. My final thoughts, this is a steal. It is so much cheaper to buy a Keurig now then it was 8 years ago! This is considered a simple version but I don't need my coffee maker to be connected to an app, I prefer the less "fancy" models as anyone can figure it out and there's less to break haha. I can get 2-3 cups of coffee out of the tank size based on what cup sizes you choose. Oh, and my 20 ounce thermos fits when I take the drip tray out! If you're looking for a Keurig without all the unnecessary bells and whistles then this is the one for you, back to the basics but so much slimmer!

Piece of Junk
I bought this back in December but didn't start using it in my office until about three weeks ago. At roughly 1 cup a day, it has broken after making 21 cups of coffee. It will not filter the coffee through the pod, and spit hot coffee grounds out at me after I opened it when I powered it off this morning. A rinse out and two test runs later, it still will not work. Piece of junk.

    A Great Buy!
This is a great buy - inexpensive and simple to operate. On/off and 3 cup sizes to choose and that's it! The coffee is hot and the unit looks nice in my coastal home. I highly recommend it.

    don't do it
This is more of a disposable product. I was very excited to find a reasonably priced Keurig. The color matched my kitchen. But I would not recommend or purchase again. It only works with disposable pods. It's a very disappointing product

I purchase this coffee maker on January 25,2023 and it just stopped working on March 3,2023. I called Keurig customer service. I was told if I provided a copy of purchase, picture of the machine, serial number and a letter with your name address etc they will send me a replacement for free.

    Leaking water after 2 months
This was my first time buying a Keurig coffee maker. I love how simple and cost-friendly this model is. Got it during the early Walmart plus Black Friday sale in 2022. Now after 2 months I've began to notice huge puddles of water on my counter coming from the bottom of the machine. Very disappointing for something I regarded as quality. I must now deal with Keurig directly to replace.

    No Regrets , Love it!
I bought one for myself and one for a gift. If you are thinking of purchasing one - You will not be disappointed. First off it's very compact /space saving , and the new design looks so nice on my counter ( much better than the older bulky one) and we use it several times morning and evening and it never disappoints. From the time you close the lid on the k-cup , in approximately 1 minute you have a nice hot steamy drink. The water reservoir is smaller than on the bigger ones , but that's not a problem for us, it only takes a couple seconds to open a jug of water and fill it or put it under the tap. Beings how easy it is to pour some water in I gladly compromised for the smaller reservoir in order to have the very nice looking compact design that takes up less space than my old Mr.Coffee. Bottom line - WE LOVE IT , it was a great purchase .

    Love it!
I love it! I'm upgrading from a keurig mini. I love that it holds 36 oz and I don't have to fill it up every time I use it! It is already hot and I don't have to wait long for it make the coffee. It's the perfect size for my classroom! The price for a Black Friday deal at $35 was a steal! It was delivered in two days as well!

    Mostly Pros / Personal Cons
PROS: Fast, full brews. Can quickly brew one cup right after the other, no waiting for water to reheat... seems to heat on demand. Holds as much water as my old Classic Keurig but takes up a lot less space on the counter. Oh, it turns off automatically 5 minutes after last brew. My hold one was 2 hours (energy bug in me always shut it off manually after use). It turns on automatically when opened or shut. CONS: I use reusable k-cups. Not all reusable k-cups are made the same. For this one, make sure to get ones compatible with your brewer. Keurig customer service said to take out the bottom cone, since the bottom punch isn't needed.... I tried, I don't recommend doing this because it makes a mess. Personally, I wish the tank was on the opposite side, but I can live with it ?. I bought the red version... not a true red; more of a dark mauve or rose red. I was expecting a red like the Classic model; but again, I can live with it. If you REALLY want the Classic red, this one is not for you. In the photo you can compare the color with my lid holder next to it which is more in-line with the Classic Keurig red color.
