I wish someone would've warned us before we waste
Buyer beware. This is a third party and if you need to return this for any reason you CANNOT!!! The string broke on the first practice we tried to return it to Walmart they would not except it call the company they said because the box had been open and he had been used this with all within a week they sent the string for us to have to pay to put it on I wish someone would've warned us before we wasted our money in this company this company is not for the consumer but in it for the money

    Disappointed ?
    Got this crossbow for my husband for Christmas and it's already broken. He said he shot it 7 times before it jammed up. It is set to shoot but the safety won't release. So I'd be leery to buy this model. Hopefully they do the right thing and refund me the money so I can get him a different model.

    I got this crossbow for my 12 yr old great nephew and he loves it as long as his grandpa helps him with it. I don't know anything about crossbows but that's what he wanted for Christmas from me, so that's what he got.

    "FOCUS CAMERA" WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY POOR ATTITUDE, HATEFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL! FELT LIKE I WAS ARGUING WITH A HIGH SCHOOL DRAMA QUEEN! DO NOT PURCHASE THE KILLER INSTINCT LETHAL 405 CROSSBOW! They don't even have this item and now I have to cancel the order and hope I get the money credited back to my card in time to be able to find my husband a new crossbow for Christmas! Walmart is already in the process of investigating this seller for selling items they don't even have!
