    Great Product
    I bought this as a Christmas gift; and I am glad that I did. The picture is so clear and the sound is crisp. I love watching football on this TV.

    Lags, turns off, black screen, freezes, etc.
    I purchased this last November, and basically stopped watching tv due to it constantly freezing and turn black while trying to navigate through apps. This tv locks up while using any streaming service about 95% of the time even though I have the fast internet connection yet still fails to load. It's nearly impossible to watch anything on this TV. This was complete waste of money and time. So frustrating that I'm writing this review a year later!!!! I do NOT recommend this tv unless you plan on using a dvd player and not connecting to any internet!!!!!

    bad sound
    have had trouble with sound since purchase 11/22. Sound Rises randomly so high it makes you jump. Will never buy another LG product..Can't get anyone to fix it
