This fan really blows
I have to hit buttons on the remote several times before it will actually do the task. One of the buttons actually cracked and broke to the point where it was easier to peel it off the rest of the way! Returning this ASAP!

    This fan appeared online to be exactly like the one I already had. NOT. The one I received was shorter, less powerful and sort of noisy. But it was cheap so I guess I got what I paid for !?

    Would want any other fan!
    I have owned this fan for over a year now and my son needed a new one because the one he was using, also a tower fan started making noise. I got him this one just like mine and it works perfectly. He loves the remote control and the timer. This fan blows very well so the choice of the 3 speeds is great depending on what you like.

    Fan came in a beaten up box. Styrofoam inside was even cracked when I carefully opened box. Was hoping I had.a new fan. Seemed okay once I finally got it out of the box although my guess would be the box wasn't handled properly even though the box clearly states FRAGILE. The fan on high speed does not put out as much air as my old Lasko pedestal fan on does on low. Wanted the tower fan because it takes up less room and my old fan of about 10 years has begun to not rotate without a little clunking. Other than that its still perfect. There is also a little humming in the motor of my new tower fan. Hoping it doesn't get worse. Debating whether to return this one. As for the air put it, could be all tower fans may not put out as much air as a pedestal. Since this is my first Im not sure. A little disappointed with the air flow compared to my pedestal.

    Great Tower Fan
    I am very pleased with Lasko products...I have a taller fan than this one and it works like a charm with my air conditioner...the set up was easy and I have to give it to the company for packing the fan securely...it was tough getting it out of the box but it was in tact...good buy and I wanted to beat the summer rush...got it quickly too...goes nicely with my decor

    Sharp, functional, not quiet enough
    I had a Honeywell Quietest 5 speed that worked perfectly that was years old. Had to replace and their newer model was cheaply made, did not produce the same cooling at the lower speeds and was not quiet, so the hunt began for a new fan. This got good reviews so decided to try. Love the look, well made and functions are all I need. Does produce the airflow needed at the lower speeds I need. The ONLY drawback was the noise level. It seems like its gotten louder as the week's gone by, the motor, and it wakes me up at night, I have to turn it off. Regrettably, I will be returning it.

    Cheap price + free shipping = poor packaging
    Product works and I'm actually surprised by that considering "packaging" consisted of someone taping the top and bottom once (it didn't hold, top was ripped open) and pasting a shipping label on the product box. NO other "packaging," JET just shipped the fan in the original box. I now know better than to order anything fragile from JET.
