Great product! Accurate GPS! Cool app! Very happy
I just got my Link trackers in today! I'm very happy with them. The GPS is top notch. The app setup is really easy. Each dog gets their own profile. The quality is very good and it fits securely on her favorite collar. I love the light feature as well. It is really nice for going out at night! 10/10

The item took much longer to arrive than advertised, came in the wrong color and is not quite as advertised. There is also no mention of the extra $120 per year it cost to operate the collar through the AKC. I wouldn't recommend this product.

    We have had a Link collar for about a year and were excited to upgrade for the longer battery power. Just like the last one, the GPS is stellar, to the point we can tell what side of the road Huck is on. Living in the Pacific Northwest we go to work and come home after dark this time of year: We are loving the light feature, especially since Huck is brindle coated and hard to see. We're about 100 miles south of Canada, so it gets pretty cold. He just turned 13, so I've been getting more worried about him getting hot and cold the past few months as he's really starting to show his age. The temperature feature is awesome, especially because it's so hard to actually gauge how hot or cold a dog is. We've only used it a couple times, but I'm hoping the chime will continue to work as a bark deterrent. He's actually barking more as he's getting older, and it's super annoying since we live 1/2 a block from an elementary school and everyday at the start and end of the school day he barks for 20 minutes straight as the kids walk right in front of our house. So far it seems to confuse him into silence with no pairing with a "quiet" command. My biggest complaint is the east coast support line hours. We needed some help to set it up and switch the subscription from the old to new collars, and I lost a day because they closed before I could get in a call. I commented and was told west coast time zones would be accommodated in the near future, so that's good. The customer service rep was nothing short of awesome: She was kind, very helpful and followed up via email soon after our conversation. I like the way the sports collar can be attached to any collar. Huck has a lot of fatty tumors around his neck as of late, and I've been really picky with the type of collar I've had on him (to the point where we put the old Link on him only when we go for a walk or hike and don't always even have a collar on him). This easily attached to his most light weight and comfortable collar. Oh! I asked what I could do with the old tracker and was told about a program Link started in connection with a pet rescue where you can send your old tracker in, they wipe the info and give it to a rescue animal- I love this!

    Best dog gps on the market
    Link trackers are the best. I've tried several different brands and link has the most accurate gps. I'm super happy with it and would recommend. All of these companies charge a service plan for use but link lets you do a month to month instead of having to commit to a whole year. Great product.
