The worse basketball hoop you can buy
Purchased yesterday was broken 5 minutes after put together clip that holds up height was cracked and the rim does not stay up don't buy garbage

    The rim would not stay up as it should. The part on the side of pole that holds it at different heights, would not stay on. I have never had very many problems with other Little Tikes items I have purchased over many years.

    Rim doesn't stay up
    The main drawback I had with this hoop is sort of a “make or break” deal. The rim, out of the box after assembly, doesn't stay up. Essentially, the rim is always tilted downward instead of being level which makes it harder to use and play with as intended. While it's still standing, it's really distracting and unfortunate that this one problem really detracts from the experience. I had a hoop similar to this growing up and probably spent hundreds of hours using it so I was hoping for the same for my son. I've tried to wedge things under the rim to make it stay up and level but no luck. From what I've read in other reviews, others have also experienced the same problem. I guess I'd say I can't fully recommend the product unless they've fixed this issue with the rim. I'm now debating getting a different hoop unfortunately as I've tried several work-arounds to no avail. Everything else about the hoop is fine but again, a bit of a deal breaker when the rim is is tilted.

    Holding Up Fine So Far...
    We bought the Little Tykes Adjust 'n Jam Pro Basketball Set as a gift for our grandsons who are two and five years old. It was very easy to put together and they were playing ball within minutes of unboxing. They've had it for a few months now and we have not had an issues with breaking parts as some others have reported. Hopefully, this will continue to be the case.

    Rim eventually breaks
    We have two of these and the rims will eventually break per all the other reviews. The knobs tear off, leaving your kid with a floppy, useless rim.

    Love this for our daughter
    We bought this for our toddler. She had a blast playing with one at a friend's house. What we love about it is the adjustable height because our daughter is taller than most 2 year olds and the basketball hoop can grow with her.

    Missing pieces
    This is such a good item but I bought this for my 5 year old and it was missing parts. I called for a replacement or just to receive the missing parts and got ignored . The rim has no net and the base has no cover. The kids keep asking why is their hoop different from what they always see and inquiring about the net.

    Poor Breakaway rim design.
    I agree with everyone else. The breakaway rim does not stay up. I had to screwed the hoop in place. I know that defeats the purpose of the breakaway rim but the hoop is at least usable. My first attempt in the first picture the screws went in crooked so I had to reposition them to go straight up into the backboard. If you have a heavy kid who likes to dunk the ball a lot maybe two on each side would be good.

    Incomplete!!
    I bought this for my grandson and it did not come with nets,And it did not come with the cover to the hole on the base! What are you going to do about this!!!
