Happy with umbrella, happier with customer service
Although I had to wait longer than expected (covid related?) it was worth the wait. I was looking for a 3 tier umbrella, but didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars. Since I live next to a large lake, it can get very windy here. All the vents seem like it will help make this umbrella more windproof than others. I had a few questions and found customer service to be very helpful and responsive. A card was included in the packaging and I was able to contact them directly. I can't speak to how durable the umbrella will be as it's new, but I'm happy with purchase so far.

Pathetic weak pole that broke in slight breeze.
The pole on this umbrella is so thin and flimsy it broke off in a slight breeze. Such a shame because the top part is very good quality and well designed. Why not put a decent strong pole and charge a little more? Such a disappointment. I managed to fix this with a steel pole and plumbing parts. Took me half a day. I had shared how much I liked this umbrella on FB and now need to alert friends not to by this.

    The umbrella was broken when I opened the package. I am wondering about the longevity of this purchase. It feels cheaply made.

    POOR QUALITY
    The seems were not sown correctly, in several locations they totally missed the material. I have contacted the seller, sent them pictures, but still waiting for them to reply back to me for a refund.

    Terrific Look
    Appearance is very good. This is a slightly larger size than several others on the deck and it makes a dramatic statement. Appearance is the only significant thing I can review, this early. Durability will be the major test over upcoming months. I will have to compare the fabric duribility and fade resistance vs others, and this is a harsh location. Delivery took far too long, if that cant be improved from the distribution people I might cancel out in my future purchases. Should find a way to solve that.

    WalMart Got It Right
    It the process started out pretty rough but WalMart came through after all. The patio umbrella is very nice. Thank You for following the third order.so closely. It was well worth it.

    Final Good.
    The purchase got really messed up. First the original order that I filled out on line and added my master card for pay was delayed a few weeks so Walmart generated a replacement order and for some reason put it on a reduced cost and on a monthly payment plan that I was not aware of. three days after th first order was submitted Walmart charged my credit card for the full amount. It took several phone calls to finally clear it up. The umbrella on th second order was received and is very satisfying. Thank you for your time.

    AWESOME UMBRELLA I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
    The umbrella is Very Sturdy and Heavy Duty. I really like that it's 3 tiers and ventilated because it doesn't get hot underneath the umbrella and even when it's windy outside the wind doesn't try to blow the umbrella around or over. It's one of the Best Looking umbrellas I've ever seen. I'm Very Happy with my purchase and I would Recommend it to others.

    Love my umbrella!
    I absolutely love this big orange umbrella! It's a beautiful pop of color in my back yard, and is very well made, solid, and easy to put up and down. I didn't receive instructions on how to use the tilt feature, but after emailing the company they sent me a link to a video. Turns out it's super easy to tilt- you just keep turning the crank after the umbrella has fully opened and it will tilt; it just requires a bit more force.
