Me and My Back Needed This
It was packaged well. All pieces were included and hardware was clearly marked. It was pretty easy to assemble alone. It is stylishly chic, lightweight, rolls well, isn't wobbly or squeaking and pretty comfortable to me so far. I just received and assembled it today. The lumbar support is what I needed most. At this time, I believe it will meet my expectations for minimally a few years. If something happens to change my view, I will update this review. For now, I am pleased.

Hard plastic piece causes pain in lower back
This is probably the most uncomfortable office chair I have ever had. If I had a car and the motivation to disassemble it, I would try to return it in a heartbeat. The arm rests are very uncomfortable but the even bigger problem is the lumbar support - a plastic piece without cushion that does not provide support but instead pushes the hard piece of plastic right into your lower back. I am puzzled who designed such a chair.

    Its comfortable, keeps you sitting straight, and is breathable. The head is adjustable which is nice because its just slightly too short for my 5'4 frame of mostly leg and little torso.

    Ok I bought it a week ago. So far it has been really nice. It takes about a half an hour to assemble. It was a little tricky to line the screws to the side of the cushion. But it wasn't too bad.

    It's not a good chair. The base has molded arms which are screwed. Walmart is why selling this type of indurable chair which are not consistent

    It's a very good chair for the price. The most problem I had was getting it out of the box. The box is heavy to protect the product. I am very happy with the chair

    Affordable and Comfortable Chair
    The chair is very comfortable. It took my sister and I an hour to put together. The trickiest parts to install were the arms of the chair. I would like the arm rests to be softer, but other than that, it is a great quality chair at a great price!

    Needed a new chair
    The chair came very well packaged in the box the assembly took me about 30 minutes very easy to put together it does have a sleek look the seat part has a nice thick foam and I like the ergonomic back and headrest I needed a high back office chair as I work remote 100%. Once I had the chair put together I tested it out and it felt very comfortable. I bought this chair based off of the only other review. Hopefully the chair will work out for me.
