Comfy work chair!!
I seen black chair on display in the store. I ordered the brown Leather to match my desk and decor. I received it today and put it together by myself (female)!!! I love it! Its so soft and does NOT look cheap.

It is not comfortable at all. The cushion is so thin and makes you tired and pain in the back after just half an hour. Had to return it just after one hour of using it.

    Stylish %26 Comfy!
    I absolutely love this chair. Especially for the price! I didn't want just the plain black office chair since my desk is in my living room. I wanted something to look nice with the rest of my furniture %26 this is just perfect. It's actually really comfy too. It has the features of most office chairs...adjusts up %26 down. Locks in place so you don't have to worry about sinking while at your desk lol. It also has an adjustable lean. So, you can have it as firm or as relaxed as you like, whatever your preference. You don't have to worry about it going too far back and feeling like you'll tip over. It's a good solid chair. The wheels are plastic %26 I haven't noticed any scratching on my wood floors. Arrived very quickly %26 packaged neatly. It was easy to assemble. If you did have any trouble, the instructions are easy to understand. It even has a link to an app where you can register your product %26 view a step-by-step instructional video. I was able to assemble it by myself without difficulty. The only point where you might need a little help would be when attaching the arms to the seat. It's a little tricky holding them in place %26 putting in the screws at the same time. I was able to manage it without help. I would definitely recommend this chair if you're wanting something a little more aesthetic than the "office chair look" but don't want to spend hundreds of $$$.

    Get the chair!
    Great chair for the price!! I bought these chairs for the two offices in the back of our retail space. I am very pleased with how easy they were to put together. They are great quality and comfortable. My husband who is very tall can adjust the height to fit him as well which is great!

    Great Price and Quality
    I love this chair! It went on sale for $65 and I’m glad I ordered one. Unlike the mainstays velvet upholstered, this chair actually has a comfortable BIG seat. You do not feel like you are slipping off and the arm rests are definitely a plus. Color is dark gray.

    The manufacturer “True Innovations” are intentionally packaging these chairs missing the “gas lift” part with approx 10 week lead time. This will impact sellers (such as Walmart) and the consumer. Their plan is for customers to file a warranty claim for the part. I highly recommend NOT purchasing this chair!

    Great office chair
    Great office chair with soft material. I have been using this chair for over 2 years without a problem. It’s durable and does the job. Not fancy but works for me. Has a lever for moving up and down. Arm rest also have some cushion.

    Good price, modern style. I purchased 2 of these chairs for my home office. I am not the assembly type of mom; I do not enjoy it. This took me 45 minutes to put together thanks to the interactive 3-D app (BILT)that was included inside the box. I wish the back reclined, but overall satisfied.

    Good office chair for the money.
    This chair was as depicted on the box and website. Easily assembled and comfortable height and seat. Will work well at my desk, with adjustable seat height and rolls easily over tile or carpet

    Ok for the price point
    For the price, it's a decent chair. Just the upholstery fittings are super tight. When trying to do up the zipper again after having to take out all the pieces for assembly the zipper split. We were able to fix it but not convinced it will stand the test of time.

    What would have been good design, turned out to be bad. Bottom cushion manufacturer a bit crooked - but that's not apparent until the LAST step after an hour of putting it together. Also, seat not at comfortable angle but I was able to put certain wood chips into the spring mechanism to fix it to my satisfaction.
