Easy assembly, sturdy, good quality.
Easy to assemble, taking my time it took me approx 4hrs. Most of the assembly time is taken threading the spring-padding to the jumping mat, and assembling the safety-net. We got the 10ft wide which has plenty of room. The L-shaped legs is what made me choose this product as they seem more stable. All needed parts were included and fitting the springs was safely and easily done with the included tool. The jumping mat is a bit high off the ground and climbing in takes some effort due to the narrow zippered opening. This product did not come with a ladder but offers one as a free gift after registering your purchase. Overall, we are happy with it, looks good, construction materials seem like good quality, and it is sturdy when jumping. A note on the safety net... I found it easiest to first attach all the lower posts to the base, then insert the net into all the separate upper posts, then fit the net-attached upper posts to the lower posts, then gradually slide the safety net the remainder of the way down the lower posts. If you try sliding the safety net onto the full length already mounted posts, it is very difficult.

    Jumping Fun!
Perfect size not small or enormous! Decently easy to put together. So far it jumps great I have kids 4-16 who jump 2 at a time for safety! Weight limit says 264 lbs which was excellent! We are happy with our purchase!

Decent trampoline; Worst customer service ever.
We bought this to keep kids (and occasionally parents!) active during the pandemic — the small size and secure nets were just what we wanted for safer one-person-at-a-time jumping. It’s been great, and we really have enjoyed it. However, after about 2 months, one of the springs broke (nobody in our household is close to the 250lb weight limit, and it was only ever used by one person at a time). The broken spring isn’t a terrible problem, and would be easy enough to replace; but I have sent emails and spent too many hours of my life on hold and communicating with bots via text and phone, and have yet to get any sort of response from customer service. It’s been more than two weeks since I first reached out. To me, that’s inexcusable. I would advise agains any Serene Life products, not just the trampolines.

    Easy to assemble and durable
It was easy to assemble. The net portion of the instructions was not included but its self explanatory. I'm 8 months pregnant and was able to put it all together in about 2 hours. All the parts were organized and well packed in the box. Its nice and bouncy so you don't have to break it in. The kids absolutely love it!

Sturdy, excellent trampoline but rope to the spring cover ripped off way to easy
Great ! Got it for my 5 year old and he absolutely loves it. Instructions are very clear but I wouldnt say its EASY to assemble. Took me almost 5 hours but in the beginning had no help. Also never put a trampoline together before lol. The reason im giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is bc the rope to tie the spring cover/padding on ripped off SO easily so I just used pool noodles for the time being. But overall very sturdy. Had my twin sisters jump on it first (about 130 lbs each) before I put kids on it and it held up great.

    Great buy for the price.
Great product, very sturdy for the money, only issue was the trampoline t-hooks they gave us both broke. I would suggest buying an extra one just in case they break and you can have on hand. This was our first trampoline we put together, we put legs on and than the rest as per a YouTube video and went much quicker.Overall I think it’s a good buy for the money. My 3 year is really excited. Only took a star because the things broke and set us back a day in putting together. Definitely a 2 hour job for those not familiar. We also used our own screwdrivers that seemed to be more effective.

Very good trampoline but assembly needs some thinking and effort.
I purchased this trampoline for my family (myself, my wife and my 5 year old son) and we all loved it. It came in a slightly broken package and the items inside were loose but when I assembled, it all came through together and we put it up in about 4-5 hours. Assembly instructions are okay but not super easy. The last step of adding the protective mesh took the most time and was tiring. But after we assembled it, it was so much fun. The mat was strong but flexible for a good jump. Everyone in my family loved it. It is all good so far but will update the review after a few months to show how well it holds up. Except for the assembly which took some thinking and effort (which is why I am taking out a star) but the rest of the product seems good quality and hope to have a lot of fun with it.

    Money well spent
The trampoline has been great. I took off a star because I did not feel the included instructions were as good as they should have been. There wasSome assembly of small parts where the instructions didn’t even address them, but my husband was able to figure it out. I would not have figured it out on my own though, so the instructions need to be updated to be more user friendly. Also, the ladder does not have a permanent attachment to the trampoline. Other than that, we got it assembled just fine between the 2 of us. Our kids 2 and 5 LOVE it. They go and jump as soon as they wake in the morning, random times throughout the day, and even at night. I wish we had gotten this years ago! It is the best money I’ve spent on an item and great for the health of my kids by giving them a fun activity. We bought some loose stakes at the store to hopefully help it stay pit in the event of a strong storm, so we shall see how that holds up when that times comes. We live in AZ so it doesn’t happen often, but you will need to buy some sandbags or stakes separately if you live in a place with strong storms.
