    Good, not the best..
    I bought it for chronic back pain, which in general it did help for. The heat settings in my opinion were kind of "weak" for the price; and even the hottest option 5 I couldn't feel as much heat as I would like, when I've felt hotter pads from cheaper places.. My guess is maybe this one has thicker material and that's why the heat didn't go through it as well..
