Great quality and value
Very easy to assemble. Took me 10 minutes. My son loves it and the quality seems to be good for a kids' bike. It is surprisingly heavy which helps with stability. The coaster brakes and hand brakes help to teach both ways of stopping. Overall the bike is a good value and we are very pleased thus far. We were looking at several cheaper models (by about $20) but the reviews were poor so we decided to go with this one. Glad we did!

    2 defective bikes
    Sigh.....I bought this bike assembled at Walmart. Took my son to the park on the same day and realized the back tire was a little flat. I stopped at the gas station to add some air. I tilt the valve to fill the tire and the whole valve literally stays in my hand. I took it back to Walmart and swapped it for another. Less than a month later we're at the park again and my son presses the brakes and the brake pads on the front tire remain in the closed position! Sigh......my son can no longer ride the bike, I can hardly push it to the car. At this point I don't know if I switch the bike for a third one or get a different brand all together.

    Got this for my 5 yr old! He wanted a bike like his friends! We love it! He loves it! Never used the training wheels, only bummer is there's No kickstand? Like really?

    Very Cool and Colorful Bike
    I bought this bike for my 6 year-old grandson who is transitioning to a bigger bike. I delivered to my son's house to present the bike to my grandson. I wanted to be there to see his face when he saw it assembled. My son had it put together in no time and we all love it. The color just pops and makes it look very hip and snazzy! Cool!

    Good Looking solid bike
    This is an awesome looking bike. We bought 16 inches for 5 years old he is able to ride on it smoothly. The additional touch up with front and rear brake help him to ride confidently on the slops. My first order comes in a brand new package without any damage and able to put together in 15 mins. But a week later we are hearing some noise from rear chain plates like a creaking noise. we weren't able to see the reasons. And end up returning to the Walmart store and took a replacement as an instore assembled version of the same. That working fine so far. Thanks to Walmart's return policy. I can able to easily track my return and refund for the online order. One thing I would suggest if you are able to find the bike in the local Walmart pick it up rather than online. I observed Walmart assembly was neat with additional lubrication on the needed areas. I believe that the missing part on the first one. Overall I would recommend this bike to anyone. Kids will love it and it stands out.

    Arrived box damaged and open still can not communicate with customer service rather than take care and replace they are offering $25 off sorry a broken bmx type bike is useless

    Its a bike....
    I understand mongoose bikes are high end quality but if their so high end shouldnt it have came with tools to put together? Or shouldnt the bike itself have been built already? Makes no sense that I had purchase tools to put it together.

    Awesome Bike. Great price
    Sharp looking bike. Looks better in person. The shipping was fast and easy. Was easy to put together. My son loves it. He is 6 yrs old, about 3'7" and he weights 41 lbs. The bike is a.perfect size for him. The only bummer is I wish this size bike came with a kick stand.

    Great product for the price
    pretty much a great experience, however, I noticed a curve on the rear tire and a small dent and curve on the front sprocket. Very small details tho.. im overall happy with the purchase. Super fast shipping!
