No sound on parent unit
Only had this about 2 1/2 months and the sound on the parent unit quit working. I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone for a solution or replacement.

    YOU SOLD ME NEW, BUT DELIVERED A USED UNIT
    YOU SOLD ME NEW, BUT DELIVERED A USED UNIT. This product is definitely used and being sold as new. Please issue a refund immediately or I will contact WALMART. The box has clearly been opened previously and setup as evidenced by the cords being unwrappped, and disgusting fingerprints on the cameras. It literally doesnt work and literally has the packing slip from the prior person who bought it is in the box!! I dont want to do any additional business with you. Im reporting you to WALMART for selling garbage and I want a full refund.
