Not what we thought it would be
Very poor quality...mouth had to be touching the microphone for it to work...guess you get what you paid for...returned it and purchased the Memorex singstand 2...much better quality.

    Nice but stand height is for children
    Works good. I bought this for my daughter who's six make sure you buy an amp it doesn't work without it and the stand is for kids, it's not that high, she can probably use it for another year or so.

    Very Good
    Great Microphone and plugs right into our karoke machine...actually sounds better then the Karoke microphones so going to get another one. The reason I bought this is the kids have always wanted a mic that goes on a stand rather then just the hand held ones. Seems it will last...we will see!

    we have had this for about a month and got it for our 9yo daughter. She LOVES having the stand, as this frees her hands to play her guitar and sing, just like the pros! She can usually break almost anything within a few days, but this has held up very well so far!

    Very good microphone. I ordered this for my daughter's birthday and opted for the free shipping. It was delivered to my door 3 days later and exactly on her birthday! Just gotta say I am impressed on how fast the product was delivered! Great product, however, I do not have an amp so now have to order that.

    My daughter loves it!!!!!!!!!
    My 8 year old daughter is an aspiring singer so she saved up her allowance and we cruised the web and found this one. We ordered it site to store and it was in the next day. When we got it home may daughter was so excited but this excitement soon turned into disappointment when we realized we could not use it without an amplifier. I'm not musically inclined so this was not something that would have been obvious to me. Somehow I thought I would plug it in or put batteries in it and it would work. We had to go out to purchase an amplifier and it worked perfectly. Sound is good, stand is adjustable, she was able to put everything together herself. Great item and worth the cost. Just remember that you have to purchase an amplifier.

    Fun for kids
    We wanted a mic to attach to our keyboard so one of our kids could play and the other could sing. It's perfect for that - doesn't get too loud even at maximum volume! The stand is sturdy and easy to adjust. And since the mic was affordable, we don't worry about it getting broken - tho' it's still pristine so far.

    Worth the money
    I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. I bought it early because I was glad to find one that was not so spendy since my granddaughter is only 4 yrs old. I wasn't expecting to get one of such good quality. I was so impressed that I went online to buy another one for another granddaughter, only to find out it was no longer available at Walmart. I thought that odd.
