Consistent Disconnections
Great when it works, but disconnects every other night or so, rendering it near useless. I've tried every possible troubleshoot and outside of walking into my baby's room (potentially waking him up defeating the purpose of a monitor!), there isn't a fix.

    Purchased a flex stand for the portability, but was disappointed when the camera would not click into the stand. Customer service was helpful and replaced it. I like the app and the video clarity.

    We love our nanit! It's great for naps and nighttime. We now have a portable stand that we use in the playroom and when visiting family. I can watch the nanit on my phone from anywhere if I am away from home!

    Must have!
    We are a Nanit family for life! We love all of the features that come with the camera. Knowing my baby is breathing using the easy breathing band is everything! Gives me peace of mind while I sleep. I love to see how long they slept and when they woke. It helps me with awake times. Love the new split screen as I know have two babies to watch! We are purchasing out 3rd camera for travel. They are a must have for any mother in my option.

    We've been loving our Nanit pro camera! The flex stand is great for traveling and mobility around the house with our newborn, and the camera is our biggest peace of mind while he is asleep!

    Perfect everyday camera but not good for travel
    It's amazing! I tried 4 different Wi-Fi baby monitors and ended up sending them all back! This camera is quiet and give amazing quality picture! I love that I can have it open on my phone and still do other things. The only reason it gets 4 stars is that I could not connect it to the hotel Wi-Fi because it was an open network. I understand it's not the safest but I need the option to do so while traveling or I have to buy a whole new monitor just for travel.

    I love this camera. The personalization on it is amazing. The fact that so many people can access it is wonderful. I feel so safe with having this camera watching my newborn while I'm in another room, using the bathroom or taking a quick shower.

    Big fans of Nanit
    We love our Nanit, and have been using it for about a month or two now. I do feel that sometimes the temp reading is off, we have a nest sensor in the room too and they are usually several degrees different. I also think the night vision could be a little more crisp, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars but overall we love the monitor and all of the features (background audio, humidity sensor, motion and noise notifications, and the app overall). I haven't used the split screen yet but I am very excited to once we have our new baby!

    The view is very clear
    The view is very clear and the sleep events are very insightful. However, we've had issue after issue. While they're minor in comparison - camera works but events, temperature, or humidity can disappear at any moment - we paid extra for the “fancier” device so it ought to perform. It can be frustrating trying to resolve but their support team is responsive.
