Best soft crunch ice you make at home
Easy to maintain. Ice is PERFECT!!! Has that soft crunch and living in Tucson it beats going to get this is from restaurants. It's like Sonic or Chic fil a ice

Sucks! Don't wast the money! Won't last a year!
This icemaker worked good for a while! Don't buy it we just wasted nearly $500! We haven't had it year! We did love it but We started finding metal shards in the ice and the water reservoir. It started making very loud noises. We tried to contact the seller which never returned our emails or anything. Now looking back on the reviews I see that their customer service sucks also so don't waste your money like I did.

    love the ice maker I love how it's a little tiny bullets of ice I've have swollen glands so I chew ice all day and this helps with my swollen glands the only thing is I wish it could be bigger for the ice to stay in and instead of putting it in the refrigerator right away when the basket is all full I wish you can stay plugged in and keep it cool that way when you want to scoop some ice out you can do that without making ice all day you can just stay in there until you want to make ice more or put it away I wish it was a little bit bigger because we have to make ice all the time but it is good quality love it it's everything with the description says it could be a little bit cheaper though cuz it is small price is not really reasonable but the quality is very good

    Not good
    I've had this ice maker for only 3 months and it broke down. I have emailed AICOOK (the manufacturer) over and over. Sent them a video as requested and still have not resolved the issue

    Stopped working after 6 months!
    I purchased this ice maker and it only worked for 6 months. It then started making loud noise and producing no ice. I contacted the vendor for replacement or money back, they sent me a message saying to video the issue and email it to them. It's been 2 months and I haven't heard anything from them. I've even followed up several times!

    Corroded safety hazard. Did not last a year
    Did not last, I started seeing black particles in ice. Now I know why- this faulty machine was corroded inside. Total health hazard. Tried to return to Walmart - no box no return. Then contacted manufacturer and no reply. Look at the hole in the picture of the metal portion. We probably ingested some of this.

    High hopes with big let downs
    I had high hopes after the reviews were pretty good. Almost 9 months in with things going well it suddenly stopped working. The dispersion plate that stopped spinning and it just jams up. We have allowed it to thaw and restart multiple times. The first it worked ok for a day, then it did it again and won't work at all. Attempted to contact the company twice via email (only form of communication provided) and gotten zero response.

    Horrible service, subpar quality
    The item worked well for close to 9 months. The company says the have a 12 month worry free guarantee. When the item failed to work, the seller (and walmart) have flat out refused to honor that 12 month guarantee. I now sit with a broken hunk of junk that neither company feels the need to be accountable for.

    Buyer BEWARE!!!
    DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT buy this ice maker. We purchased this in January and by February it was making a loud noise. The seller will do absolutely nothing about the issue nor will Wal-Mart. Now it's July and the ice maker has completely stop working. It leaks water everywhere, it doesn't make ice and makes this loud noise that is so loud we just unplugged it. Don't waste your money on this trash
